I think their database management tool really needs an overhaul. I want it to work more like google search instead of its current function. It has undesirable lag times and is slightly temperamental in terms of its rigidity. If this could be achieved, they would be second to none and would have something seriously powerful. The website is easy to use. It has been a time saver for uploading the finish legend into measure square and creating submittals. The binders are professional, and the product pictures and descriptions are excellent. I love getting them back stamped "no exceptions taken." I like the overall presentation that we send to the customer. They find it very professional and thorough. Sometimes it shows duplicate products. After adding a new manufacturer, it doesn't pull any information. I am still required to manually enter all fields, including warranty, maintenance, and installation, which I think could be auto-generated. I also wish that some of the information would auto-populate when creating binders.
