It helps the organization to allocate resources appropriately based on real time performance. Provision of quality data has enhanced better sales and marketing strategization. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** The cost is high for full deployment and testing. We experienced integration challenges for the first time before the customer service team came to rescue the situation. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data mapping and analysis has been nightmare but since we deployed SpatialPoint workflows runs well. It has given the IT team access control of data and management authority of network infrastructure. It provided accurate information on sites and coverage areas **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** The interface of the programs is a bit small and difficult to read, and there were many clicks to navigate to the information you needed for the projects. It could have larger text on the screens. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps solve accurate data location on real-world coordinates to depict true-to-life accuracy of the data. It takes the guesswork or having errors in data coverages. ### 5. Mainly Address Validation/Correction and Reverse Geocoding. Often we will get coordinates from our contractors with no address. With SpatialPoint's Reverse Geocoding, its easy. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** We know not everyone's application of SpatialPoint will be the same. So our dislikes may not apply to everyone. However, other than pricing, we don't really have any dislikes. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** SpaitalPoint helped us with geocoding. MapMarker is cloud-based now, but still supports uploading our CSV files and TAB files. We even get email notifications when our jobs get completed. ### 6. This SaaS software is self-hosted and on desktops. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** Spatial point lags at times, creating confusion with the software operation. I am also not a big fan of the user interface; hopefully, it will improve in due course. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** SpatialPoint connects customers and businesses. That is a win-win situation for both parties. The SaaS services are fine but what we needed most was the integration with Salesforce.
