I like the extensive and simple analytics Sparkbay provides. It is easy to be fooled by the simplicity of it, but once you get your first reports, you can there is so much data made available to you. And it is presented in a way that makes it easy for anyone to understand the full picture. Management was baffled. SB keeps improving the way data is presented, both in quantity and quality. Sparkbay customer support team is very implicated in supporting us to improve and provide us with deep insights about our business. I love how complete the platform is. It is powerful enough to take care of all our engagement issues. The way the user interface is designed makes it intuitive and easy to use. Two features that particularly distinguish Sparkbay are the heatmap, where you can easily see what the top engagement issues are per department and employee demographics, and the open conversation where you can make a group of employee collectively solve an issue.
