**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

Sparkbay is perfect software to engage with employees through surveys,The application provides a great platform for any employer to understand their employees,The application will  provide great detailed and comprehensive reports,With the anonymity aspect of the application ,employees find it much safe and convinient

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

Extracting the data from the application  can be tedious,the application should offers a  straightforward approach to doing that

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making  decision pertaining human resource management has been  made simple,The company is now able provide a more conducing working environment   for all employees ,this has greatly improved on their performance and consequently the overall perfomance of the company,This makes the company more competitive in the market

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

I love that managers have all the data we need to make good decisions on employee initiatives. Before, we were mostly relying on face-to-face interactions and perceptions. Having an accurate and precise picture of how the team is doing is a big time saver. 

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

The export feature could be improved. Being able to export excel sheets would help us extract some data to create curve analysis.

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping accurate data on employee engagement. Helping managers improve their team's satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

Answering the surveys are a walk-in-the-park. They literally take less than a minute. The software is easy to understand and the questions are well designed. Sparkbay makes it easy to understand the data so we're able to drive positive changes.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

It would be great if we had the option of having longer/custom voting periods for the conversations.

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do in-house surveys. But the time and effort required to design them and collect the results was making the process ineffective. So we ended up doing them only a few time a year. With Sparkbay, employees are automatically surveyed on  a regular basis and the results are provided in real time.  We're also able to get deeper analysis than before, which make it easier to implement the right initiative for the right people. Participation rate is also higher because the surveys are much easier to respond to.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

I like the extensive and simple analytics Sparkbay provides. It is easy to be fooled by the simplicity of it, but once you get your first reports, you can there is so much data made available to you. And it is presented in a way that makes it easy for anyone to understand the full picture. Management was baffled. SB keeps improving the way data is presented, both in quantity and quality. This tool really gives us a complete picture and their support team makes the job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

Too much data (kidding). Seriously, the tool's capabilities go beyond our actual needs, so I don't feel we are using it at its full potential. For example, we just started using it to get employee insights by demography (seniority, age, gender, ..)


**Recommendations to others considering Sparkbay:**

If you are looking for a tool to give you the most complete picture on how your employees are feeling, it doesn't get much better than that. And combined with their superb support team, analyzing your data is a piece of cake. Plus their simple and sleek reports will wow your audience during meetings. 

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to build a culture of engagement and inclusion and maintaining the open communication we had when we were a smaller company.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

Sparkbay customer support team is very implicated in supporting us to improve and provide us with deep insights about our business. I love how easy it is for each manager to start conversations with members of the team facing an issue, and use the results to determine what the best actions are.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

The report export is not user-friendly enough to my taste. However, they are working on it.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkbay:**

For managers that want to have a solid understanding of the engagement issues their team has and that are open in getting their feedback to fix them.

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our managers presently use Sparkbay to monitor and maintain a good 360 degree experience throughout their team. The software enabled us to gain extensive data and we felt more confident in taking action. This lead to impressive improvements through initiatives fueled by employee feedback.

It is hard to pick just one; I love the ease of the weekly surveys and the analytics. 

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

Probably the employees' impatience around change with the metrics we get in a shorter time than is actually feasible.

I think the best thing is to set the right impression and expectations.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

I love how complete the platform is. It is powerful enough to take care of all our engagement issues. The way the user interface is designed makes it intuitive and easy to use. Two features that particularly distinguish Sparkbay are the heatmap, where you can easily see what the top engagement issues are per department and employee demographics, and the open conversation where you can make a group of employee collectively solve an issue.



**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

Some the attribute features haven't worked as well as I wanted, but the team recently made changes making it easier to import demographics.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkbay:**

You have to give it a try. You will be impressed by the capabilities of the software, the visual friendliness as well as the UX design. 

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the platform to have a deeper understanding of our company engagement, and to know where we need to focus our energy to improve our employees' working life.

I love that the Sparkbay team is so engaged in helping us attain our business objectives. They're always looking for better ways to improve and guide us in improving our company culture, even when it has nothing to do with the software.  

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

We have been using Sparkbay for only six months, no issues to date.

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to understand how different segments of our employee demographics are engaged and how they feel at work, so we can tailor programs adapted to them. The open conversations helped us focus our efforts around pressing issues to reduce turnover.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

First off, I want to say that their customer support is impressive. Also the app is so easy to use. Every week, employees answer an anonymous survey via email and then management sees what's going well and not so well. I'm impressed so far.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

It could be easier to export reports in bulk for all departments.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkbay:**

Conduct regular meeting with your teams to show them the engagement levels.  Start conversation regularly.  We do one every two months although some teams do more than others, depending on their issues.

Creating a top-of-the-line company culture and attracting the best talent.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

Being an anonymous system, it provides us with real feedback from employees. It also gives a voice to those who don't usually speak out, which provides valuable information.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

They used to have team challenges available. We rarely used it (once a year I would say) but it was fun.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkbay:**

Be transparent with your employees, let them know the software is to make it easier for them to speak out. This will go a long way in increasing participation.

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting ideas from employees. Improving managers skills.

**What do you like best about Sparkbay?**

 I like that managers can see engagement results for their team, and compare them with the rest of the company. It allows for transparency in the workplace and keeps managers accountable. I find it pretty user friendly overall.

**What do you dislike about Sparkbay?**

I've had a good experience so far and don't really have anything to complain about. Maybe I would add more conversation topic ideas. 

**What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimizing out company culture and improving employee satisfaction. Surprisingly, cutting costs and optimizing process KPIs.
