SourceLoop Reviews & Product Details

SourceLoop is marketing attribution and lead source tracking software that ties every form, call, chat, booked meeting, and payment back to the campaign that produced it, then syncs that attribution to your CRM and ad platforms. Marketing teams lose attribution in three places: conversions that happen off the website, traffic that arrives with no UTM tags, and revenue that only exists inside the CRM. SourceLoop closes all three. #1. Capture. A single script tracks every visit and session, then connects each conversion, including forms, calls, chats, demos, subscriptions, and orders, to its full source and journey. Referrer and landing-page signals also give untagged organic, social, and referral traffic a real source instead of “direct.” #2. Measure. Multi-touch attribution across first-touch, last-touch, linear, time-decay, U-shaped, and W-shaped models, with funnels, conversion paths, lifetime value analysis, and pre-built dashboards. Every report is tied to closed-won revenue rather than form fills, so channel and campaign ROI reflects money rather than volume. #3. Act. Attribution is written into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, and Dynamics 365 on lead creation, and qualified leads and deal values are pushed server-side to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft through each platform's Conversions API, so bidding algorithms learn what a real customer looks like. # Who it fits. Lead-led businesses where an inquiry arrives as a form, call, chat, or booking, common in insurance, legal, healthcare, home services, automotive, real estate, and financial services. And deal/demo-led businesses where a lead becomes an opportunity before it becomes revenue, common in B2B SaaS, agencies, and consultancies. #How it differs. Enterprise attribution platforms solve this at $400 to $2,000 a month behind a demo gate and a multi-week rollout. Form-field trackers solve one slice of it and stop at the last click. SourceLoop ships the full stack, multi-touch attribution, funnels, revenue reporting, CRM sync, and server-side ad sync, starting at $49 a month with a 7-day free trial and no sales call. Tracked conversions are unlimited on every plan; billing is metered on page views, so a spike in leads never costs more. First-party, cookieless, server-side tracking. Route the snippet through your own domain via CNAME to bypass common ad blockers and tracking prevention, then send conversions server-to-server. Recover the 30 to 50% of data typically lost to iOS 14, Safari ITP, and blockers. Includes GDPR and CCPA support, DPA, sub-processor transparency, configurable retention, and data export.
