Secondly, SophusX shines in how it simplifies building a baseline model of your network. While other tools can take months to accomplish this, SophusX is the only tool out there for enabling users to build out a network baseline by easing constraints, streamlining what used to take months into just a few days.
Then, there's the fact that SophusX has features and capabilities you won't find in other tools. For example, it has comprehensive end-to-end cost-to-serve engine and highly practical inventory optimization algorithm, among others..
Finally, the customer support with SophusX is top-notch. Instead of the back-and-forth of sending files and waiting for help like other similar tools, SophusX lets their support team work with you directly and immediately through a special support account. I genuinely have no complaints about SophusX. However, one enhancement that could significantly benefit the platform is incorporating ocean freight rates, tariffs, and inland LTL/FTL rates.
