The ability to clawback emails from user's mailboxes is a useful feature. Also, the option to give certain users access to self-service options such as releasing quarantined emails is a plus. The reverse of this issue can sometimes occur with safe emails, quarantining them. These two issues can be resolved over time by teaching the product what domains/senders are safe and unsafe.
