While working with SOP Hero's to create our agency policies and procedures was overall a positive experience, there were a couple of downsides. One of these was that if you have a very specific format or platform in mind for hosting your operating procedures, it is worth investing more time up front with your assigned consultant to discuss & to ensure that you don't have to redo any unnecessary work further down the line.

However, this was minor and did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience of working with SOP Hero's. They were professional, thoughtful, timely and affordable, and we would still recommend them to others looking to create or review their agency operating policies and procedures.
