SonicHire AI Reviews & Product Details

SonicHire is an AI recruiter that replaces the first-round interview, not the recruiter. Paste your job description, and SonicHire drafts the interview questions and a scoring rubric, which you can edit or build from scratch. Invite candidates yourself, or turn on automations to invite everyone who meets your criteria. Candidates take a natural voice interview on their own time through a browser link. There are no calls to schedule, no video avatar and nothing to install. The AI asks follow-up questions based on what each candidate actually says. Every interview is scored against your rubric, so every candidate gets the same questions and the same bar. You get a ranked shortlist with scores, summaries, recordings and transcripts, and you can share it with your hiring team. SonicHire never rejects anyone. A person makes every decision about who moves forward. SonicHire was built after a single SDR role drew 17,177 applicants, and the team has run its own hiring on it since April 2026. Pricing is per completed interview, not per seat. Available in the US and Canada.
