"Revolutionizing Demand Forecasting with Advanced AI Features"

What do you like best about Solvoyo?

We are currently utilizing AI for demand forecasting. As we move toward full-scale operations, we are also incorporating out-of-stock prediction features, replenishment features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Solvoyo?

There are sometimes occasional minor issues but I am very satisfied because the support team is highly attentive and responds quickly with improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Solvoyo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a retail company, and we previously used Excel to forecast future demand based on sales data from various sales channels.

However, due to the very large number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and business expansion, we were unable to manage everything effectively, which led to problems with overstocking and stockouts (out-of-stock situations). Siloed knowledge (or dependence on specific individuals) was also a key challenge.

After implementing Solvoyo, the AI now handles all the forecasting, allowing our staff to focus solely on reviewing the predictions. This has been highly effective in improving operational efficiency and inventory optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
