I love the fact that there is a decorated efforts from the team to give you best possible problem solution fit. I would have loved if more support had been provided in terms of migrating from the legacy outdated systems that we have in our place from a long time ago. Recommendations to others considering Solr Consulting: Without a doubt consider them if you have a problem creating a directory for the huge database. We have a client in healthcare domain with huge amount of data that they wanted to leverage to create an indexable platform. In solr, a document is the unit of search and index. I like that solr has a es plugin that allows you to use solr clients/tools with Elastic Search. I think solr consulting plays good role in fast search responses because insted kf searching the text directly it searches an index search instead. These three features I like the best delta query for CRUD operations and real-time indexing, and dynamic clustering were the best. One issue I noticed is that it doesn't work well with the synonyms; it shows many unmercenary results. Sometimes takes time with large datasets which can be frustrating.
