## About Solko
Solko is an invoicing app built only for French sole traders (auto-entrepreneurs / micro-entrepreneurs). It writes the legal mentions each invoice needs from the profile and the client (VAT franchise art. 293 B, B2B, B2C, EU and non-EU clients, construction subcontracting), numbers invoices without gaps, and exports Factur-X. Quotes are signed online with an email code and a signature certificate. Service contracts are signed by both parties. Reminders, recurring invoices, a client portal, the legally required receipts ledger and an estimate of the monthly URSSAF declaration at the current year's rates are included. A built-in assistant answers invoicing questions from the account's own situation and cites the guide section or legal text it read. It prepares drafts; nothing is sent or signed without the user. Free plan: 5 invoices and 2 signed quotes per month, forever. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No data resale, full data export at any time.
