  ### 1. Easy, Secure Jira Cloud Stats with Seamless Integration and Stellar Support

**What do you like best about Solcoro?**

The ease of which I'm able to obtain some very complex and complete stats on the configuration of Jira Cloud instances.
The visual identifiers along with detailed lists provide for a sophisticated and complete  longitudinal view.  The UI is easy to use.  The app is secure and doesn't require any complicated setup steps.  Integration is rather seamless.  Support, if needed, is stellar.  The performance of the app is marvelous.  Even though the first scan, depending on the size of your instance and the options chosen can take some time, the results and subsequent scans are well worth it.  The uses for this tool seem to be never ending with more features being made available at a steady pace.

**What do you dislike about Solcoro?**

They don't yet cover some of the other Atlassian apps, such as Confluence or BitBucket.  However, These are bonsues, not detractors.

**What problems is Solcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, assessing Jira Cloud instances was very challenging, manual and time consuming.  With Solocoro an effort that used to take days can be completed in a couple of hours if not less.

**What do you like best about Solcoro?**

I find Solcoro extremely effortless and really easy to use. The user experience is perfect. The dashboards are really insightful, providing a high-level overview of what's going wrong with the customers' systems. The ability to do multiple scans, including drift scans, is particularly helpful in identifying problem areas and focusing on where the attention needs to be. These features make it very fast for me to drill down into the specific areas I need to fix.

**What do you dislike about Solcoro?**

In the early days of my use, several months ago, there were missing aspects in terms of features and functionalities. However, the team have been amazing in doing UX research calls and customer feedback calls with me, and they've even launched new features and functionalities based on my feedback. Their Roadmap is extremely solid, and their DevOps is next level.

**What problems is Solcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Big huge Configuration and Sys Admin problems in Jira! I use Solcoro to connect to Atlassian Cloud instances of customers I work for, analyze their systems in Jira, understand issues, and identify urgent weak points needing fixing. The insightful dashboards and multiple scans ability - in particular the Drift Scans - help pinpoint problem areas effectively!

**What do you like best about Solcoro?**

Solcoro gives insights across your Atlassian instance, primarily Jira and Jira Service Management but with plans to expand this. As an admin, this tool is invaluable, giving snapshots of your instance and feedback on how to improve it

Limitations regarding in-depth details and automation rules

**What do you like best about Solcoro?**

Solcoro basically stops your Jira from turning into a messy, unmanageable headache by tracking changes and cleaning up duplicate workflows. It gives you a quick health score and alerts your Slack when things drift, all for a flat price with no per-user fees.

**What do you dislike about Solcoro?**

Some of my teams are on Linear. I wish Solcoro supports Linear as well.

**What problems is Solcoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It optimizes the jira workflows, number of Jira users, and overall the 'cost' of using Jira within the company.
