It provides useful data in the available report types that help with tracking as well as reviewing trends that can be applied to other projects. The support offered by SoilFLO is very consistent and prompt which gives more confidence when setting up projects, and the ability to field questions during the project. **What do you dislike about SoilFLO?** It would be nice to be able to set project location by GPS coordinates instead of being limited to addresses. Working for a municipal government the job sites do not always have addresses as they are often in the road allowance. **What problems is SoilFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not aware of any active problems, but updates to available reporting and features are always interesting. ### 2. Mainly the issue I have is that there is more than one way to input the same information but only one way will get the result I need. **What problems is SoilFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Soil tracking is a government requirement that SoilFlo helps us manage. ### 3. This has strengthened our client relationships, made auditing much easier, and saved time in the office because the data no longer needs to be entered manually. ### 4.
