**What do you like best about SoilFLO?**

Our Field users seem to find it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SoilFLO?**

Setting up new/individual jobs is not always simple, but that is mostly because I don't use it every day (as a manager) and simply forget.  Mainly the issue I have is that there is more than one way to input the same information but only one way will get the result I need.

**What problems is SoilFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soil tracking is a government requirement that SoilFlo helps us manage.

**What do you like best about SoilFLO?**

The interface is straightforward and easy to use, which also makes it much simpler for me to show others how to use it.

**What do you dislike about SoilFLO?**

Something that would save us time is being able to export load photos for a full 12 months at once, rather than having to export them one month at a time.

**What problems is SoilFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soilflo allows us to track material movements in real time, export large amounts of data to Excel, and keep track of paper tickets. This has strengthened our client relationships, made auditing much easier, and saved time in the office because the data no longer needs to be entered manually.

Ease of layout and support for any issues.

Occasional outages and issues with accessing the portal section to log loads for the trucks.
