I like SoilFLO for its ease of operations and real-time availability across multiple sites. It's invaluable for load tracking, compliance, and quickly populating forms for the trucks, which really helps in setting billing issues straight. The software is widely accepted in the industry, which speaks to its effectiveness. As an owner, I appreciate that I can log on and see the load total, allowing me to plan efficiently for the next day. Additionally, SoilFLO made the initial setup process very easy, and it was great having our flag person involved in the beta process and marketing rollout. SoilFLO is straight forward and intuitive. It provides useful data in the available report types that help with tracking as well as reviewing trends that can be applied to other projects. The support offered by SoilFLO is very consistent and prompt which gives more confidence when setting up projects, and the ability to field questions during the project. Setting up new/individual jobs is not always simple, but that is mostly because I don't use it every day (as a manager) and simply forget. What problems is SoilFLO solving and how is that benefiting you? Soilflo allows us to track material movements in real time, export large amounts of data to Excel, and keep track of paper tickets. This has strengthened our client relationships, made auditing much easier, and saved time in the office because the data no longer needs to be entered manually.
