"They are there for us every time we pick up the phone."

What do you like best about Softuvo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

They are very knowledgeable in IT and IT security. They are dedicated to our clients. We had a client who had an issue with their IT, and they came over the weekend and spent a few hours just to help them. We consider them more as an extension of our team rather than an external company. They are there for us every time we pick up the phone. Our clients who have worked with them have called and thanked us for referring them to TruAdvantage because of their response time and dedication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softuvo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

I can’t think of anything. They are very good at exceeding expectations and recommending enhancements to our approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Softuvo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed internal IT services for our company. We serve many companies, and since we’re a security company, we also have access to a lot of our clients’ confidential information. We have many nationwide consultants, and we needed to have a system for remote workers in order to have access to our clients. We wanted to move into the cloud to serve all of our clients and consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They made our idea their own, and they want it to be as successful as possible."

5/5

What do you like best about Softuvo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

The best thing about working with Softuvo is the environment they bring with them. They’re serious about their work and get the job done, but they also provide a fun environment to nurture our ideas, making a scary process seem much less scary.

Additionally, they really try to know what we’re thinking; they don’t try to steer us but help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softuvo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.?

I don’t think they could improve on anything. It’s hard seeing them do anything better because they’ve exceeded our expectations in most areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
