The templates that they have designed for various clouds are amazingly cost effective. The alerts and solutions that they provide for getting bang for the buck is awesome. Perfomance optimatization with good caching tech provides high speed data access with less latency.

All you have to do is enable SoftNAS Cloud NAS and it seamlessly integrated with your cloud, in our case it was Azure. We didn't face much issue in integration. It provides good storage management features. The user experience is good, because the UI is user-friendly.

We faced some challanges with customer support but later it was handled efficiently by the personnels. We had a large scale deployment and this tool suggested the best possible configuration of storage, compute power and RAM for our deployment, which was easily scalable and cost effective as well. The security patches are sometimes too many. It maybe complex to implement without prior knowledge in cloud services. It might be difficult to switch from this vendor.

The cost of this software might out-weigh if there are not any large -scale deployments in your cloud. It is not suitable for small companies. It's best suited for bigger orgs.
