SOE - Sistema Operativo Edile Reviews & Product Details

SOE (Sistema Operativo Edile) is a cloud management platform for Italian construction companies, developed by Fullstack Lab. It follows each construction contract in a single system: real estate scouting, leads and quotes with bills of quantities based on regional price lists, contracts with approval checklists for each department (administration, safety, technical, purchasing, HR), and job sites with subcontractors and employees. Procurement links purchase requests, orders, delivery notes read by AI from a photo, and supplier invoices to each contract. The warehouse module tracks equipment and materials, with bookings, deliveries, returns and inspection deadlines. Supplier and employee document compliance is checked continuously: a supplier portal collects documents, and rules verify their validity and expiry dates. Modules can also be activated individually.
