I think, generally, from a product or trust and safety standpoint, using RiskOS as a case management tool isn't the greatest. Looking up transactions can be a bit difficult, and interpreting why something failed in the RiskOS dashboard is somewhat complicated. It involves piecing together multiple responses to understand what products were called in a specific request and why it failed. Additionally, the fraud product scores are pretty ambiguous on why certain things fail or pass. I've seen transactions expected to fail pass arbitrarily, suggesting the score bands might not be tuned for specific clients based on their transaction volume.
