It's reducing time spent on manually responding to reviews. It's AI is responding for us and has reduced time spend on this task by 75%.

**What do you like best about Sociocs?**

Sociocs always makes setting up automated text messages a breeze. I like that it integrates seamlessly with social media platforms. Its reports are clear on the achievements and help us understand the improvements needed. I like the ability of Sociocs to collect tickets in one place, making it super easy to respond to. For digital text campaigns, Sociocs makes it easy to set up and manage.

**What do you dislike about Sociocs?**

No negatives. Everything I’ve experienced with Sociocs has been positive. It has simplified the management of campaigns and digital text messages with great efficiency.

**What problems is Sociocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociocs has enabled us to expand the use of digital text messages, and set them up to perform more than one task, which has helped us to enhance campaigns and manage customer inquiries.

**What do you like best about Sociocs?**

Sociocs works well for our customer interaction needs. We were looking for a no-code solution primarily for Twilio text messaging, and Sociocs is the best fit for us.

Their team is very helpful in making accommodation as per our needs. We are happy with this software.

**What do you dislike about Sociocs?**

It's missing a detailed analysis and reporting of the conversations. We like the daily summary email, but an online report might add more value for easier access.

**What problems is Sociocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a long time user of Twilio SMS and had built our own custom app for messaging. Maintaining the app had become a nightmare. Sociocs helps us with a ready-to-use tool for text messaging. We also found the Google Business Messages and WhatsApp support useful for our business.

**What do you like best about Sociocs?**

I just started testing the platform under their trial and need help from their support team. Nonetheless, they blew my mind. Amazing support. Amazing platform. We'll definitely keep using it. I'm glad we found them.

**What do you dislike about Sociocs?**

So far? Nothing. It's pretty easy to work and set it up. Works like a charm.

**What problems is Sociocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue organizing and keeping track of SMS exchanges with our support team. They literally knocked this problem out of the park.

**What do you like best about Sociocs?**

I like all social media are connected to one platform, so we save our time. I liked follow-ups automatically reminder messages. So It is a very useful product for growing our business.

**What do you dislike about Sociocs?**

I think sociocs product is good but very confusing about how to connect channel and how to work this platform so my opinion is when first time user login that time seen some suggestion for how to work this product otherwise their related video put on youtube.

**What problems is Sociocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved the problem for a more manageable to handle my client and help grow my bussniess.So I am very excting for use this product.Amazing solutions

With multiple choice of communication channels and seamless experience, it is a straightforward tool and saves a considerable amount of business and customer time.

I haven't noticed any specific concerns yet. With more features getting added actively, there is no complaint.

It is a one-stop visionary solution for customer relationships, improving productivity, and helping gathers real-time customer feedback.
