Long ignored safety threats lead to a security breach, which caused a very bumpy server transfer. Things are still not working perfectly. Promised roadmap features are now abandoned. It is a downwards spiral. Ease of use. Quick setup and implementation. Integration with most social media platforms. Features including campaign management, link shortening, pixel tracking, conversion tracking, Social CRM, whitelabeling. Included AI features for content creation. Responsive support, biut I would prefer things to be working. Roadmap and future plans cut and changed to the worse. I initially settled for SociaMonials because it was the most comprehensive, with the best feature set and more functionalities than I can currently use. But was forced to change to other SMM tools now because SociaMonails is not as promised anymore. **What do you dislike about Sociamonials?** Things turned bad with SociaMonials. Security breach because of long ignored safety standards. Bumpy server change. Still not fully functional. Long promised features are wiped off the roadmap. Discussions are suppressed (meaning they are aware that it is turning bad). **What problems is Sociamonials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contenct creation. AI supported content creation and optimization. Campaigning and sharing. Post scheduling. Idea collection. Approval processes integration. Coming unified social inbox. Planned extended reporting features. True Story : Initially, I was not fully convinced of SociaMonial. There were too many functions and I didn't feel tempted to explore everything. So, I played with other SMM for some time. After experiencing the limitations of these tools, I decided to take another look at SociaMonials. The real crowning achievement is the support: a major difficulty, for example, with META, is the continuous changes in policy or numerous bugs. Sociamonials ticked each box and delivered far more than I would have expected. This is after demoing every other tool that claimed to check those boxes but did not do all 3 well. What makes Sociamonials even better is the campaign and lead tracking aspect, not to mention the AI toolbox. When I had concerns or questions, Craig the founder was quick to respond and exceeded my expectations in each encounter. This tool integrates perfectly into my agency's tech stack and I couldn't be any happier. Onboarding new clients has been easy to implement and since I started I've been using the platform every day. Get Sociamonials, you will not be disappointed. **What do you dislike about Sociamonials?** There are a few things that would be helpful. Support for uploading .mov from IOS devices. Currently you have to convert .mov to .mp4 (not a deal breaker for me). Reels support on the mobile app. More granular access control over regular users. 5 users instead of 3 on the Pro plan. I love that my account is automatically updated with all of my content. On the other hand, I have always had a lot of social media accounts, but the process of posting to all of them was always time-consuming. I was able to easily integrate Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube for all the brands I am managing. The photo and video campaign editor is just spot on too! **What do you dislike about Sociamonials?** The least liked feature of the current Sociamonials platform is the Calendar and Publish modules, more specifically on the Sent items. Currently, ALL users can view EVERYTHING posted by other users. This may good if the agency fully manages the account, but not that good if you let clients access the platform. Suggested this feature to the Sociamonials team. Also the Calendar function is applied to all social media accounts. The only workaround for now is to create different categories for each and every social media channel. There is currently no Instagram direct posting and the mobile app just sends reminders when it is time to post to IG. **Recommendations to others considering Sociamonials:** For companies considering a very robust Social media channels management platform, Sociamonials will definitely fit the bill.
