Review adjusted because things turn sour here. Long ignored safety threats lead to a security breach, which caused a very bumpy server transfer. Things are still not working perfectly. Promised roadmap features are now abandoned. It is a downwards spiral.

Ease of use. Quick setup and implementation. Integration with most social media platforms. Features including campaign management, link shortening, pixel tracking, conversion tracking, Social CRM, whitelabeling. Included AI features for content creation. Responsive support, biut I would prefer things to be working. Roadmap and future plans cut and changed to the worse.

I initially settled for SociaMonials because it was the most comprehensive, with the best feature set and more functionalities than I can currently use. But was forced to change to other SMM tools now because SociaMonails is not as promised anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main requirements for my agency in a social media management platform were scheduling, post approvals, mobile app and white label option. Sociamonials ticked each box and delivered far more than I would have expected. This is after demoing every other tool that claimed to check those boxes but did not do all 3 well.

What makes Sociamonials even better is the campaign and lead tracking aspect, not to mention the AI toolbox. When I had concerns or questions, Craig the founder was quick to respond and exceeded my expectations in each encounter. This tool integrates perfectly into my agency's tech stack and I couldn't be any happier.

Onboarding new clients has been easy to implement and since I started I've been using the platform every day.

There are a few things that would be helpful. Support for uploading .mov from IOS devices. Currently you have to convert .mov to .mp4 (not a deal breaker for me). Reels support on the mobile app. More granular access control over regular users. 5 users instead of 3 on the Pro plan. the best thing i like about the sociamonials is the campaign management and content curation and ideation also recently AI is integrated in content and it's working great and it's very affordable and very easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used a ton of social media posting apps and Sociamonials has been the most reliable platform that I have used. I currently use it for client accounts as well as my business accounts.

This tool provides a more efficient and user-friendly interface that saves me a lot of time while posting on social media. Their high-quality content creation system is a world-class combination of dedicated experts and AI-driven technologies. The AI-based platform helps throughout the process and its interactive and simple interface allows you to manage multiple websites from a single application. I love that it allows me to increase my reach and visibility online with whatever page I'm managing, whether it's for myself or other businesses. I didn't find any major drawbacks in this app but there is always a way to improve as we say nothing is perfect in this world. I still have a lot of tools to try and a long way to learn, but as far as I'm concerned, it's a very professional platform and they're handling all my tasks quickly. I love the idea of Sociamonials because it helps me reach my target audience with giveaways, polls, surveys, and content that are perfectly tailored to them. I never have to worry about posting or anything else because it's all taken care of for me. Sociamonials is also a really affordable tool and the customer service is great. I love that my account is automatically updated with all of my content.

On the other hand, I have always had a lot of social media accounts, but the process of posting to all of them was always time-consuming. With Sociamonials, I can schedule and post to all of my accounts with just one click and I love that I can use my own templates and layouts! As a user, I find Sociamonials' interface to be a bit unintuitive. Nonetheless, it's a decent product. I was almost disappointed because it is not that appealing at all at first glance. As compared to other platforms, I have found it to be less handy. In addition, I was unable to find the Social Listening module also known as Mention, which I consider to be the second-most important feature after Social Posting.
