I also appreciated the time and effort they invested in understanding our mission before production began. Invest time in the initial planning and creative brief sessions. The more context you provide about your goals and audience, the more effectively the team can translate your vision into compelling, high-quality videos.

We needed compelling launch videos that could strengthen our fundraising efforts while also serving year-round as donor cultivation, stewardship, and educational resources. Sociallyin managed the entire process from creative planning and script development to filming and production—and delivered videos that clearly communicated our mission and were extremely well received by our audiences.

I feel I get more bang for my buck working with a smaller agency, and one that specialized in only social media. Many agencies say they can do everything, but Sociallyin does only social media and does it well.

Sociallyin's account management team is top-notch. They have a can-do attitude, are very responsive and feel like an extension of our internal marketing department.
