**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The integration of all the social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook makes it more accessible for us to go through the content and post in seconds. The application is very user-friendly and easy to learn and use effectively. It adds quickness to your work, and you save some time for sure. Customer support is another thing I can mention. They are quick to help and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I do not have a big complaint. If there is an issue or problem with the tool, they quickly fix it. Some minor things they could improve, and they are working on it actively. I can say their mobile application can be improved too. It does not allow you to apply the same things as their webpage. Other than that there is not any major problem.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBee:**

I would recommend this tool to users who are doing business with influencers. If you manage multiple social media accounts, this tool makes it more accessible.  I would advise getting a trial. It allows you to try it for a month and you can make your idea, but I think it will be worth it.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me and my organization to save time and workload by linking the social media accounts and posting in one time. It allows us to utilize and plan easier and quicker. It also decreases to chance of making mistakes when posting on different social media accounts.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I have gotten excellent support with an excellent help tool, quick chat responses and even short live meeting support with screen share so I didn't have to try to articulate a challenge I didn't understand well enough to articulate with words alone.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Can't yet embed links to people in LinkedIn posts.  But haven't found any other tool that solves this issue.  The app is not very functional, but not too much of a problem since I need to use the desk top to create the content.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with the covid demise of live conferences and trade shows we needed to develop our social media presence to reach customers who we would normally have met at tradeshows.  We have successfully built and maintain our on line presence in an way that has improved our sales and helped us establish a leadership position in our market.

Proactive in getting their content even if not fully what we envisioned. They have been proactive for us to review the content and make sure that we getting what we paid for.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Content isn't always relevant and is sometime just feels pasted together. I do like the team but feel if they could really target our explcit demographic and product better it would be ideal

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

As a team we like the option to schedule the content into different categories so that each client can have a different setting and schedule. It is very similar to the bigger social media scheduling platforms in other ways.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There are some bugs in the platform which means that a category or social media platform will show that there are 3 updates scheduled when there are only 1 or 2 - this is frustrating because we can't see at a glance whether the correct content is scheduled.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to schedule all content on all platforms and this is a great time-saver for us. We are much more productive when we are able to schedule in advance and not have to worry about it again.

I highly appreciate their ease of onboarding and solid followup to make sure they're never the ones blocking progress.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Navigating the product takes a little effort, due to their full offerings, but overall they're simple concepts to grasp and it gets easier over time with use (like most tools).

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBee:**

There are many options to help support social content. We chose SocialBee somewhat randomly and I'm very happy with our fortune. Their prices are reasonable. The team is highly responsive and proactive. I also appreciate their variety of concierge services that can be toggled on/off depending on what we need, when.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution to help refresh regular activity within social outlets. This gave us a springboard for additional activity alongside their foundational efforts.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Scheduling posts on SocialBee is one of the best things about SocialBee. We can easily tag the right people from the app itself and divide the posts we schedule into different categories. It also helps you easily create posts through RSS. The SocialBee support is active and upfront about solving issues.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

SocialBee doesn't still allow to tag users from LinkedIn. It should also allow the users to design posts on SocialBee. It will much easier to design templates for social media on SocialBee and post it from there itself. SocialBee can also have an automatic hashtag generator. It'll make scheduling posts much easier.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't necessarily have to give access of that social media account ie. the credentials. Posts can be directly posted by anyone I add on SocialBee, I don't have to distribute the details I am skeptical about sharing.

honestly, all of the different social media channels, apps etc. are overwhelming for me. socialbee makes it easy to manage and plan

For my B2B business, social media is not a revenue driver. Outsourcing it to SocialBee gives me the satisfaction of knowing that my social media is being taken care of at a high level. We are expanding our use of SocialBee to our other portfolio of businesses.

It would be nice to fit in one more creative social media post per week. Actively looking for new potential content goldmines instead of using the same sources.

With SocialBee, I'm able to quickly load our promotional posts for our podcast episodes, schedule them to post at future times and be notified when they are live!

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Many social media platforms recognize the posts are coming from an autoposter program and do not rate the posts as high as they would normally posted content.

SocialBe allows me schedule my podcast promotional posts well into the future. This allows me to plan marketing campaigns, etc. without worrying about social media deadlines being mised.

It's simple to set up, and it integrates with all of the social networks that I need to post to (Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are the ones I use, but SocialBee also works with Google My Business, TikTok, and others, which might come in handy in the future)

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I can't think of anything, to be honest. There are some cheaper options, but SocialBee is working well for me and integrates with all of the important social networks  so it's not worth switching to save a couple of dollars a month

Social media scheduling mainly. I create posts for a few accounts I run at the start of the week, and then I don't have to think about it until the following week.

Very easy to set up social accounts.
Content is easy to categorize and schedule since it's all visual.
Social Bee also has services that are affordable to help you boost your social media presence and engagement.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Sometimes accounts can disconnect or media doesn't get posted to the appropriate channel and it can be time consuming and hard to get that content to go when you want it to go.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having a dedicated social media team, social bee has taken the place of that function and allowed us to automate a lot of our social content.  In the future, when we need dedicated services we will use their team to implement social media strategies.

The article writing service is fantastic, continuously producing top quality, relevant content that is ready to use, SEO optimized, and posted straight to our wordpress environment.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

The LinkedIn Social Media posting can be a little bit inconsistent in its ability to post reliably. I'm not sure if it is the type of content I post (typically videos) that produces these hiccups or if it's a more common issue. I would also like a more complete and consistent post history online and on the app, but the positives massively outweigh any negatives.

Unifying and streamlining our social channels while building brand awareness, and generating leads via our blog. SocialBee makes it significantly easier to schedule, post, and engage online with customers new and existing.

We switched from another tool to SocialBee because it allows us to repeat posts on our schedule so the work we do once is an investment in our time!

It's not as intuitive as I would hope, but customer service has always been excellent when I get stuck!

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Love this product! 
The first thing I've noticed is the price. SocialBee has an affordable price. 
The second thing at valuable for me is the functionality provided. This product has wide and useful functionality. I enjoy effortless posting to your socials, gaining access to a rich list of features. 
The third important thing is a highly responsive customer service team. And the very pleasant thing for me that is thanks to SocialBee I can create beautiful designs for posts through their Canva integration when in post editor mode. Moreover the Canva integration, there are a lot of apps allowed to integrate so can not but rejoice too.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I have not had anything problems during the work with SocialBee. But I think if they were, the team could help with solving. Because they are always being in touch and open to implementing the feedback received.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBee:**

If you need you can request a demo call to make sure of a high-quality product (I recommend). But if you don't like meetings then benefit from their free trial. 
I found out about SocialBee from their social media while were founding tips and tricks related to marketing.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the valuable things is potential customers. SocialBee helps to give new leads and improve sales through social media.
And another one of the important things is time. This is a very valuable resource for me. That is why I prefer using this product. 
That saves me time by being able to schedule all my posts at once in a content calendar while still focusing on my social media presence.
And the good bonus is several integrations through SocialBee (for content curation, RSS feeds, design, etc.).

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

My company use to go to each social platform to post my news.  But once I found social bee I now save hours a week all through one place.  It's advanced and shows me the link preview and I can add as many variations as I want.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There are no features that I am missing, they have advanced stuff and are always adding new features.  I have asked for some features that I really wanted and was happy they delivered it.

I use to spend hours a week to schedule the social media posts, now I go to one platform and it's fast and do not need to login to multiple social sites to do what I need to do.

All good things come to those who wait. Our company uses managed services, so we do not have to contend with any of the typical UI/UX nuances to be expected with a proprietary dashboard.

What I find most helpful about SocialBee is that they take the time upfront to understand your business needs and what you are looking to accomplish by using their services.  They are communicative, open to adjustments, and continuously checking to make sure their services are helping your business grow. The interface is easy to use and has loads of great features to help you conserve your time when you are posting your own social media content.

The Concierge services can get a little pricey for a small business owner, but there are tiered levels to the services one can receive. They are still, in my opinion, reasonably priced in comparison to other small business services out there.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The program allows me to organize posts by category and then strategically—and easily post—that content at targeted times.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There isn't much to dislike. It's easy to use, and affordable.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is time management. This saves me so much time. The key benefit is it gives me a consistent presence on social media—even when I am too busy to even think about it.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Social Bee has the most comprehensive feature set I've seen. It enables you to set up social post campaigns that require 0 maintenance during the life of the campaign. It makes ad hoc social posts across many channels easy too.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Not always the most beautiful UI but I don't really find that to be an issue that affects productivity.

**Recommendations to others considering SocialBee:**

Check it out if you are a social media power poster

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social post campaign scheduling. Social bee makes it really easy to upload a bunch of content and create posts. Then mix and match those posts across several different campaign.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

This is the most useful site I've found for scheduling posts for all social media sites. It's easy to learn and provides wonderfully detailed reporting, too. All for an extremely reasonable cost.

There isn't anything I dislike about this site.

Easily scheduling posts to my social media sites and getting those posts into the correct categories. It's do it once a week and done!

The services available for the cost is incredible, and ALL platforms can be linked.  It is incredibly user-friendly, and scheduling to repost is a click away.

I haven't found anything to dislike about this site.  There is always support available if needed.

I create an understanding of the 'why' behind your innate way of taking action.  Understanding the why helps us to create the systems you need to support you.
