**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

Social Bee feels like the first platform that was designed for agencies. With it's unique Workspace setting, the ability to provide client edit access to only some parts of the platform, and the great customer support, it feels like this is everything I wanted other platforms (with higher prices and fewer features) to be.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

The UI/UX isn't very intuitive. Layout of different spaces takes getting used to, as does the organization of media.

Making a social media platform agency-first.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I love that I can plug in all these timeless posts that engage and inform my audience - and then set up a cycle so that they continue to be posted - no matter what else I'm busy with that day. 

It's also great that you can set up multiple sequences - that rotate - so that it's easy to avoid sharing the same content too close together. Brilliant system.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Nothing bad comes to mind right now. I appreciate it for what it does.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a soloprenuer, I don't have time to keep coming back to Facebook and creating quality posts. SocialBee makes it so much easier to plan ahead. Also when I spent a lot of this year (and last year) in the hospital, this meant my social posts still went through even when I was incapacitated.

All the functions and features are easy to use but what makes SocialBee different is there help centre and customer service, really exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

So far, i've not found anything i dislike, but i've not explored the whole system yet. Compared to Hootsuite which I used for 5 years is so much better.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having enough time is a big problem for me, so being able to plan and schedule social media is key, it's easy to repeat posts, this has freed up so much time.

The auto scheduling of posts and AI features embedded within SocialBee make it easy to use, and integrate into my monthly social media planning.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I have not experienced anything negative with the product so far.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically scheduling posts for multiple social media accounts has been solved. The AI capabilites are excellent. It generates post ideas as well as rewrites my ideas if various styles. It generates AI images, and has Canva built in so I can generate more engaging posts. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and have since a sharp increase in social media engagement and a significant increase in sales.  I never seemed to find the time to create social posts, so clearly taking a little time and using SocialBee has been hugely beneficial. I would recommend it to anyone!

Early days and still implementing the set up and asset transfer phase but this tool is already saving us a LOT of time and improving our communications via social channels.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

All tech has bugs to be ironed out but the update feature is useful. No posts can be mildly annoying and tags don't always work but no real complaints in the grand scheme of things.

Time Saved on scheduling means precious resources available for planning/design.

Socialbee is easy to use, easy to set-up for auto-posting while keeping evergreen content. I can set it and forget it. They also have AI integrations now, so you can get your message out in a higher-performing way.

I haven't figured out how to set the RSS feeds to unapproved but to show auto-post the approved ones.

I wanted to grow my social media following and SocialBee allows me to do it. I can set up a campaign over the course of the weekend and have content auto-post for as long as I'd like.

Social Bee is the best AI social media mangement tool we've ever used.   It's a  one stop shop to create content, post and schedule.  We're amazed at how easy our work has become,  how easy it is to find, keep track of and see all of our posts.  Support is amazing - it's effective and totally efficient.

Like the way we can post and schedule to many different platforms including IG Stories and TikTok.  Social Bee also does a great job continuing to build new features and integrate in AI, connecting to 3rd party accounts/apps, that make managing our platforms with multiple people much easier. They have always provided exceptions support when we needed help or something to wok differently.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I don't love the push to the mobile app for posting stories, but we can work around it pretty easily.  I wish we could schedule them as a set it and forget it, but that's more of an IG thing than a Social Bee thing.

I moved from another app years ago when Social Bee was just starting out and I love it. It's easy to use, has all the features I need and great value for money. 
I also appreciate the fun and sassy messages when a category has run out of content or if there was a tech glitch or something.

The only thing I find annoying is occasionally the platforms get disconnected so posts don't go out, but I think this is due to the platform rather than Social Bee.

Saves me time, I can bulk schedule content and know that it is being delivered rather than trying to do it manually, which for me, never works.

I don't dislike anything. The only thing is that when you first start using it it can get quite overwhelming, as there are many features to discover. But I definitely prefer that to not enough features.

SocialBee enables me to link various accounts organized within workspaces for streamlined scheduling of social media posts. What particularly adds value for me is the capability to re-queue posts based on specified time intervals or share counts. Once I create a post, it automatically gets reposted according to the autopilot schedule I've established. This constant reposting ensures that the content receives fresh retweets, shares, and comments, contributing to follower growth and enhanced engagement.

I still have not find anything to dislike, SocialBee covers all my needs.

With SocialBee, I've got this fantastic ability to effortlessly schedule and reschedule content across my favorite social networks like X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. It's been a game-changer, seriously saving me a ton of time while making sure my posts reach the right audience. The autopilot feature is like having a social media assistant – I create a post, and it takes care of the rest. This not only keeps my feeds active but also amps up user engagement. **What do you like best about SocialBee?**

User Interface and Ease of Use:
SocialBee's user interface stands by being easy to understand and affords quite a lot of helpful functionality. The dashboard is well-organized, making navigating between different accounts and features easy. I manage multiple Facebook business pages, my personal profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn, and an "X" (i.e., Twitter) account. SocialBee's interface allows me to move between accounts easily and efficiently.

Content Categorization and Scheduling:
The software's content categorization system is a major advantage. Being able to sort posts into different categories and schedule them accordingly allows me to manage a diverse range of content. I primarily use RSS feeds from various websites to feed content into my social media accounts. SocialBee's scheduling feature allows me to plan those posts in advance and in an automated fashion, giving me a consistent online presence without needing daily manual inputs. It's almost embarrassing how much of the heavy lifting SocialBee does for me, freeing up my time considerably.

Customer Support and Community:
The customer support from SocialBee has been exceptional. They are responsive and knowledgeable, providing quick solutions to any issues I've encountered. Their proactive approach in offering tips and best practices has also been beneficial.

Cost-Effectiveness:
Considering the range of features and the efficiency it brings to social media management, I find SocialBee very cost-effective. Although I acquired my account via a lifetime deal, I find the current pricing structure quite reasonable, especially when weighed against the time and resources it saves for a business owner like myself.

I really like SocialBee and plan to use it even more in the future.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Hmm, while SocialBee has been a crucial part of my social media management strategy, I suppose there might be a few areas where improvements could be made. However, I consider these suggestions very specific to my personal experience using the tool:

Limited Customization Options:
One limitation I've noticed is the customization of posts for different platforms. On those few occasions when I've wanted to compose a post manually, I found it a challenge to get the post to look the way I wanted, but to be fair, this was for Facebook and might have been a restriction imposed by Facebook and not so much the fault of SocialBee. 

Integration Limitations:
There were a couple of instances where integration with Pocket was not as seamless as I hoped. I did eventually have success with bringing in content from several of my Pocket accounts, so it's not like I hit a wall. I just had a little trouble getting things set up and working (both from the SocialBee and Pocket sides). 

However, my overall experience with SocialBee has been very positive. It's a great tool for social media management, and I plan to continue using it.

As a one-man shop, SocialBee enables me to manage half-a-dozen accounts in an efficient and time-saving way.

SocialBee makes it very easy to organize and implement my company's social media posts. I haven't had to use their customer support yet but it has been offered. There are several features I am excited to explore using to make my job easier.

SocialBee's general setup is easy to use but some of the post sharing to review content is not completely clear but this may come with time and getting used to the program.

SocialBee is helping me to keep the social media postings for 6 different businesses organized. It's also helping me to have the AI caption generator for each item that is posted to be fresh and relevant.

I like the ease of use, the flexibility, it really is a great way to run several social accounts at the same time. The prompts actually inspire thought processes and ideas for posts. The scheduling is sound (not all platforms at that accurate) and teh AI features are extremely intuitive

Not really a social bee problem, but the inability to post to profiles directly

Quite simply the ease of use. It saves a huge amount of time both with post creation and the management of several profies at once

The thing I like most is the robustness of the platform.  It has all that I am looking for in such a solution,  workspaces, categories, variations, evergreen posting, scheduling, integrations, link shorteners, and now even AI features.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

They have contiunally improved the interface over the years but the interface still has a look and feel that can be hard to navigate and looks not as modern.  Doesn't affect the functionality, but I think the interface could be modernized.

SocialBee is easy to use and figure out but they also provide a lot of great resources and customer support options for help. SocialBee is very user-friendly and easy to use.

Sometimes their checkout can be confusing like when you add things to your cart or try to switch to a yearly plan from a monthly plan.

SocialBee is saving us a ton of time each day from having to come up with social media posts and manually post them ourselves every morning and afternoon. We can bulk upload to SocialBee and basically be done with social media posts for the entire year at once.

Of course, this service is not free. I have to weigh up which SocialBee services are within my budget and which are not. I would prefer to use all of them.

Speed could be better.   Sometimes the speed is very slow in working on the content.  Other than that, I really like it.  Wish it had a direct instagram poster and they'd fix X but those are not unique to Social Bee.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I've been using SocialBee for a few years to manage my small Social Media client list and it's the only scheduler that never lets me down. I don't have the constant Facebook disconnects or the failed post issues I've had with other platforms. It just works! I haven't used their custom social media offerings, but I love the fact that if my client list grows I can use their team to help me write content if I want. Their offerings are great!

I'd love to see an updated interface - it's a bit dated.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee helps me save time by allowing me to schedule social posts in advance for my clients rather than having to manually schedule them. I am also able to bulk upload posts from a spreadsheet rather than posting them one by one.

- AI generator is very repetitive. If you select Witty, every time you use it the witty 'analogies' are nearly identical.

We do not have the resources to manage our various social media channels closely. Social Bee allows us to easily manage multiple channels and plan posts as far in advance as we want. You can create multiple versions of posts and cycle through them as needed.

Content Categories, RSS Feed integration and Chat support. The RSS feed integration is an amazing feature. Hashtag collection saves time.

This product is value for money and we saved hundreds of hours. I love it.

The lack of feature to duplicate a category. Some of my posts appear in different categories. Every time I create a new category, I need to manually move the posts which is cumbersome and since I have a lot of posts, it's time-consuming.

SocialBee has always been a full step ahead of their competitors. The software is super easy to use, has a ton of great features. It took very little time to get up and running and their support team promptly replies to every request. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this product more.

Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind. If anything, SocialBee is more progressive than the platforms in terms of development. That's not something I dislike about them. It's actually something they should be very proud of.

I was having a hard time keeping up with multiple platform posting. With SocialBee I can pick the platforms I want to target and schedule accordingly. It's literally like having a personal

They offered an onboarding webinar and when we found that it didn't meet our needs, they refunded without any hassle when we weren't actually entitled to a refund and we were prepared to pay for non-use due to extenuating factors. It was refreshing that they considered our situation and challenging circumstances when making a decision to refund rather than simply hide behind company policies.

Our business has been trolled online and there wasn't a way to change who can reply to posts on X which meant the product wasn't fit for purpose given our circumstances.

It's very easy to connect to multiple platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and your Facebook Business page.) I love that you are able to create different variations of content all from one page instead of making your changes one platform at a time. You can also easily post the same post to each platform in a matter of seconds (Or you can schedule the post for a later date). You can also see social media stats, and organize your content by category.

When you upload pictures for your social media post you need to select them one at a time or they will all post in random order than what you selected.

There are so many great and easy to use features but for certain accounts the ability to just queue and forget evergreen content is such a time saver!

The only issue is occasional bugs with new features, but this happens, and they're resolved very quickly by customer support!

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

The scheduling tools are great, easy to use and there is a lot of flexibility. The interface is user frinedly and simple to navigate. The bulk uploading tools and bulk scheduling options work well and save a lot of time.  The storage is large enough to maintain large quantities of content and the organizational tools are easy to navigate. The analytic systems are also in depth and provide valuable feedback especially for platforms like X that do not have strong analytic boards.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

It is difficult to navigate any issues that arise with the platform. There are only a few support page options and they only cover basic issues. Any larger issues cannot be addressed online and customer support is slow to respond, and are not detailed with their responses. Additionally, I would like to see more flexibility in posting times on different platforms.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to schedule out all of my content for all platforms ahead of time and still have much of the functionallity of posting natively on the platforms.
