**What do you like best about Social Drive Platform?**

Social Drive Platform is an effective advertising tool that is both reliable and user-friendly. The personalized UI and quick operations make it easier to carry on tasks in the given time. It is indeed a great app to effectively manage user reviews!

**What do you dislike about Social Drive Platform?**

The platform could easily work on the following two sides to deliver a better user experience and get more customers on their side. Firstly, the pricing of the tool is way too high for any company to integrate it and work with it. Secondly,the support is very slow in responding to the issues that could easily be solved in no time!

**What problems is Social Drive Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform introduced many benefits on the review side. From seamlessly tracking online reviews to easy monitoring and efficiently responding on time to every user, the tool really brings a lot to the table!

It's great advertising tool and easy to use. This is an effective advertising and e-mail marketing tool.The operations regarding business make it easier within a certain time period.

**What do you dislike about Social Drive Platform?**

There is nothing for dislike. But sometimes customer service is slow to respond.

I am trying to help improve our ability to track ours customers review. And helping in cdc and demand generation

It's a great advertising tool and is super easy to use.

The customer service is slow to respond and lacking.

I'm trying to help improve our ability to track our customers reviews/comments and feedback and interact with them more seemlessly.

  ### 4. Horrible Software for a Time-Restricted Business

**What do you like best about Social Drive Platform?**

What do I like best? The fact that I click a button to send to our overarching organization (Cadillac) indicating that a review has been answered. The site offers no other function other than to click a button indicating that a review has been either answered or unable to reply.

**What do you dislike about Social Drive Platform?**

The point of Pinnacle's Reputation software is to remind owners to respond to reviews. If they do not, it gets referred to the overarching organization (in our case Cadillac) and up to $200,000 can be taken away from business owners. 

Now, there is a time limit to answer these responses. 7 days which is normally not a big deal. There is no integrated system to automatically understand that the review has been submitted! Users have to utilize another reputation management client (Podium, etc...) and then SEPARATELY navigate to Pinnacle by Friendemic to check a box stating that we answered it!

The entire process is so convoluted. So contrived. And to top it off? The business is so horribly bad at interacting with clients or even technical support.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Drive Platform:**

Only use this company if you absolutely need to. 

**What problems is Social Drive Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an employee recently leave the company. Her passwords no longer worked. As she was the only one with access to a particular account, we could not get into it. 

A simple call to technical support should handle this issue. None could be found on the child site pinnacle.friendemic.com nor on the parent, friendemic.com. They force you to e-mail them through their personal platform stating that the issue will be resolved quickly. 

Three days later and nothing. I found their SEC filing page, and their phone number so I tried that. No one answers. I have no other way to contact them. 

Benefits? There are literally none. This platform serves as an annoyance that should be automated, however it is not.

The team was always willing to learn more about our mission and help achieve our goals. Their efficient operations,  knowledge, and personalized attention made them a valuable partner. 

**What do you dislike about Social Drive Platform?**

The costwas high and was a high pill to swallow. Once you passed that up Friendemic was a great software to use. 

**Recommendations to others considering Social Drive Platform:**

We saw a high level of positive growth from the social media work done with Friendemic. We have been so happy with the agency's ability to meet all their deadlines and stay in constant communication.

**What problems is Social Drive Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to improve reputation management. Friendemic assisted in monitoring, tracking, and responding to reviews.
