SociaHive Reviews & Product Details

SociaHive is an AI social media platform that schedules your posts and turns comments and DMs into leads and sales. It replaces a separate scheduler and a separate DM automation tool with one app. You can also run it from ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants. Schedule posts to 22 platforms. Plan and publish from one calendar to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Reddit-style communities like Lemmy, WordPress, Dev.to, Hashnode, Tumblr, Slack and more. Features include a media library, posting slots, approval workflows, client review links, AI captions and images, and RSS-to-post. Comment-to-DM and DM automation. When someone comments a keyword on a post or Reel, SociaHive replies publicly and sends them a DM with your link, offer or question. Story replies and DMs can trigger automations too. When you schedule an Instagram post, you can attach its comment-to-DM, and the automation turns on the moment the post is published. Automations run on Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. Build automations by describing them. Write what should happen in plain English and SociaHive builds the flow. You can also edit it in a visual builder with conditions, delays, buttons, data collection and AI steps, then test it on yourself before going live. AI replies grounded in your business. AI answers DMs and comments using your knowledge base and FAQs, qualifies leads, and hands conversations to a person when needed. A shared inbox, website chat widget and support tools keep every conversation in one place. Works from your AI assistant. Connect SociaHive to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Grok or Gemini CLI through its MCP server. Then ask it to schedule posts, build automations or report on results. A CLI, REST API, Node and Python SDKs and an n8n node are also available. Leads, bookings and sales. Collect emails, phone numbers and custom fields inside the chat. Sync them to Mailchimp, Kit, beehiiv, MailerLite, Google Sheets, HubSpot or Salesforce, or send them anywhere with webhooks. Let people book appointments in the DM, synced with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud or Calendly. Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store to send product cards and track sales from DMs. Analytics and mobile. See conversations resolved, posts engaged, automations fired and leads collected, plus post analytics per platform. Manage everything from the web app or the iOS app. Scheduling is free for up to 30 start at $29/month and include a7-day free trial.
