**What do you like best about Snipt?**

What I like best about  the Snipt tool is the layout and ease of use. I was able to get up to speed and use it quite quickly.  When I had a question, the customer service team was very helpful although it took some time to get a hold of someone.   However, once I connected and was able to chat on my issues, they were knowledgeable and able to help me resolve.

**What do you dislike about Snipt?**

What I dislike most is the limited information about the software before I actually decided to try it out.  I wish there were more details that would allow user to review.  I had hoped to find more review and feedback from other users but was not successful.

**Recommendations to others considering Snipt:**

I would recommend anyone considering using Snipt to review your requirements thoroughly. It is essential to clearly understand what you need to accomplish to determine if Snipt is the right tool for you and your organization.  In many cases, folks are disappointed because of improper expectations.

**What problems is Snipt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this tool in cases when I want to re-use code already developed and tested.   Sometimes, I want to re-purpose or re-use for other applications. It saves a lot of time and helps prevent simple mistakes that sometimes can consume much time to resolve.

How easy it was to take snapshots of important information and items to use in presentations.

No complaints other than learning where to find the snapshots that are saved.

How easy it is to take and share snapshots through the organization and with clients.
