**What do you like best about SnapNames?**

Nothing to say, they don't have best things

**What do you dislike about SnapNames?**

**I've created an account on SnapNames to try their features and all, and I noticed that they charge me via my MasterCard without any reason. What a shame.

**They are required to add MasterCard info while creating an account, which is totally unnecessary. When needed, I can use my payment method, there is no necessary to add a Payment method on account creation.

**After all these, I want to delete my account. But I noticed that, they don't have an account delete option. What is this? I feel very angry.

Their support is very poor, late response, and not helpful.

Their full of dashboard and information is totally misleading and unclear. Very unprofessional, limited, and more

I highly recommend avoiding their service. There are lots of good services which are much better than SnapNames.

**What do you like best about SnapNames?**

I've had to set up multiple websites  for my business pages and every time when I was trying to find a web domain that I could use I knew I could count on Snapnames to help me find out if that domain was already being used. My favorite part was that it has a list of recommended or available domains.

**What do you dislike about SnapNames?**

I wish the site was a little bit more visibly pleasing. It just looks a little old but works great. I feel like you would have more people using this website if it was more modern/updated.

**Recommendations to others considering SnapNames:**

Easy to use to help you chose a domain for your business. Love the discount options.

**What problems is SnapNames solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problems I was able to solve is quickly pick a domain for our businesses. Also, another added benefit is there are sometimes domains that are discounted that you can purchase.
