Snap-Dial is a great VOIP phone service that is easy to setup and resonably priced. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a good business phone system. What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SnapDial?

Snap Dial offers the same service that my current VOIP provider provides. I like the phones and their features.

What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am very unhappy with my current VOIP provider and their unwillingness to resolve issues with mistakes that they made with the porting of my business phone number. Snap Dial offers the same VOIP service and features that I currently have. I have worked with one of the key members of Snap for many years and feel very confident that I will not have any problems with the service, and problems will get resolved fast and efficiently if needed. What do you like best about SnapDial?

We are looking to replace our current business PBX system. We view a demo of Snap Dial and like what they have to offer. We tested the Yealink T57 phones and like the look and feel of them. What do you like best about SnapDial?

This phone system is very easy to use, and we are looking forward to changing from our current VOIP provide to Snap Dial. We use an answering service when we are out of the office, and it is effortless for us to set our business and after-hour schedules. We can also change this on the fly whenever needed.

"SnapDial is a great phone system that is easy to use and very affordable"

What do you like best about SnapDial?

I love being able to use the SnapDial app while on the go. If I am out of the office I can still answer any calls that come in no matter where I am. I can also make outgoing phone calls from my cell phone using their app which makes it appear as if I am at the office. This is also great because I do not have to give out my personal number for making and receiving calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapDial?

I have not had any bad experiences with SnapDial. Just like any new service, it takes a very short time figuring out how to adjust your phone settings to fit your needs. Once you know how to use the app it is great. I would say that is more of a learning experience rather than a negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?

SnapDial helps my staff provide better customer service. Whether we are working out of the office, working from home, or working on the go we are able to use our office lines anywhere.
