This phone system is very modifiable, loaded with many great features. **What do you dislike about SnapDial?** I have no dislikes or complants about this service. **Recommendations to others considering SnapDial:** Snap-Dial is a great VOIP phone service that is easy to setup and resonably priced. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a good business phone system. It can do much more than the over-priced PBX phone systems that many service providers will try to sell you. **What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Replaced over priced POTs service with Snap-Dial VOIP solution. Great quality and the price is much cheaper than the phone company was charging. ### 2. I like the phones and their features. We will be changing to Snap Dial once our current VOIP contract expires. **What do you dislike about SnapDial?** No dislikes. Snap Dial appears to be a good service. I only wish that I could switch to Snap Dials service today. **What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am very unhappy with my current VOIP provider and their unwillingness to resolve issues with mistakes that they made with the porting of my business phone number. Snap Dial offers the same VOIP service and features that I currently have. I have worked with one of the key members of Snap for many years and feel very confident that I will not have any problems with the service, and problems will get resolved fast and efficiently if needed. ### 3. We view a demo of Snap Dial and like what they have to offer. We tested the Yealink T57 phones and like the look and feel of them. This system will be able to do everything that our business needs and at a much lower price than we are currently paying. **What do you dislike about SnapDial?** We do not have any dislikes at this time. The demo was very informative and professional. **What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy of use. Our current system is NOT user-friendly. Snap Dial will also save us over $200 a month when we switch service. ### 4. We use an answering service when we are out of the office, and it is effortless for us to set our business and after-hour schedules. We can also change this on the fly whenever needed. This system will take care of all of our business needs. **What do you dislike about SnapDial?** We do not have any dislikes. We cannot wait to switch to Snap Dial. **What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forwarding our calls to our answering service with our current system is cumbersome. ### 7. If I am out of the office I can still answer any calls that come in no matter where I am. I can also make outgoing phone calls from my cell phone using their app which makes it appear as if I am at the office. This is also great because I do not have to give out my personal number for making and receiving calls. **What do you dislike about SnapDial?** I have not had any bad experiences with SnapDial. Just like any new service, it takes a very short time figuring out how to adjust your phone settings to fit your needs. Once you know how to use the app it is great. I would say that is more of a learning experience rather than a negative. **What problems is SnapDial solving and how is that benefiting you?** SnapDial helps my staff provide better customer service. Whether we are working out of the office, working from home, or working on the go we are able to use our office lines anywhere. With this virus currently going on, our staff was able to easily switch to working from home without us having to worry about our office lines. ### 11. We now have a lot more data about the customer, and with all touch points coming through the one system we’re finally getting a full picture. This is a big benefit of the company. It’s helped us start to move our customer retention rates up, and we’ve been able to put some steps in to be more proactive.
