I love being able to use the SnapDial app while on the go. If I am out of the office I can still answer any calls that come in no matter where I am. I can also make outgoing phone calls from my cell phone using their app which makes it appear as if I am at the office. I have not had any bad experiences with SnapDial. Just like any new service, it takes a very short time figuring out how to adjust your phone settings to fit your needs.
