The system offers a video that you can watch and learn how to use the product before going live online. It is very useful when we have a new employee and no time to train them. We can just put the video on for them and leave them be for the day to learn how to use the program. **What do you dislike about SMS|Host?** There is not much I dislike about this program. There are so many features on it and it is easy to use. If the program ever gliches their is always someone on call around the clock to help us troubleshoot. **Recommendations to others considering SMS|Host:** Take aclot of notes when learning the product. **What problems is SMS|Host solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication problems have been solved with SMS host. There area so many tools that you can write notes for employees who may be coming in during the middle of the day. ### 4. Separating them is also easy. It is also nice that they have a credit card processor that is able to be integrated into the system. **What do you dislike about SMS|Host?** This program layout is pretty outdated and it is not the easiest to use. The last time I had an error, the customer service was very poor, and they could not fix the issue I had. Setting up printers on this software has also proved to be extremely difficult, unless you are a computer wiz. **Recommendations to others considering SMS|Host:** I would ask the company for extensive training on this, at is not set up to be user friendly. Once you get the hang of it though, it becomes easier to use. The reports it provides are easy to understand, but could be larger font. **What problems is SMS|Host solving and how is that benefiting you?** Direct Billing is easy with this software. ### 5. Difficult to interface with other systems, especially for a property using modular suites/ condos. **Recommendations to others considering SMS|Host:** This is a real workhorse! **What problems is SMS|Host solving and how is that benefiting you?** manages daily hotel operations for 800+ units as well as owners, groups and several secondary functions ### 6.
