SmartPM helped us to increase the quality of our schedules in weeks and the construction team is more open to implement better scheduling practices and to learn easier ways to keep their schedules updated. Smart PM is super easy to learn and very effective when trying to communicate what is going on in the schedule. It is quick and easy to upload your schedules into the software and, within minutes, have all of the metrics at your fingetertips. The Windows Analysis is a game changer. There are a few areas where Smart PM makes assumptions and changes dates in the schedule. I would say this is what I like the least about the program. I would rather the software tell me the assumptions it would like to make but give me the option if I want it to make the changes so I can keep the data that I import pure. We enjoy the workspace / dashboard that shows many different project metrics on one screen. We can view schedule quality, health, plan vs actual chart, a high-level delay chart, compression over time, and other great data in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the schedule Gantt chart. This is something SmartPM is redeveloping but if I had to choose something this would be it. We don't use the Gantt chart much and this is a relatively minor issue because the rest of the software works so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Portfolio tracking in a nice, comprehensive dashboard format allowing for quick, high level analysis across our company. Also has the ability to dive deep into a single project with a multitude of analysis methods, reports, and scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very few dislikes, company is responsive and implements new features regularly. Team is great to work with. Takes some time to fully learn how to build scenarios/models, but worth it to practice with rules so you can build robust scenarios and models to track against.
