SmartFuel Fuel Management System Reviews & Product Details

SmartFuel is a fuel management platform built in South Africa for operations that need to account for every litre. It combines fuel tank level monitoring, controlled dispensing and vehicle and driver identification with reporting that shows usage, losses and exceptions in real time. The system tracks fuel through the full chain of custody, from bulk storage to the vehicle or machine it is dispensed into. That gives fleet and site managers the transaction records needed to investigate shrinkage and to support SARS diesel rebate claims. Modules cover mining fuel depots and fuel trucks, agricultural pump and tank control, logistics fleets, and fuel forecourts, including dry and wet stock management, debtors control, integrated payments, instant transaction reports and attendant productivity tracking. Hardware and software are designed, built and supported locally, with wireless connectivity and lightning-proof protection for harsh African operating conditions.
