SmarterMRP Reviews & Product Details

SmarterMRP is supply planning software for industrial manufacturers. It turns customer demand into forecasts, production orders and purchase proposals that follow your plant’s real rules, with the ERP you already have. Many plants still plan in spreadsheets, with master data spread between the ERP and the shop floor. Every error ends up as an expedite, excess stock or a line stop. SmarterMRP validates bills of materials, routings and planning parameters first, then calculates what to make and what to buy, so you carry less unnecessary stock at the same service level. SmarterMRP works with any ERP and connects with Siemens Opcenter APS, handing it a feasible supply plan. It is built on Mendix by a Siemens Technology Partner, with more than 30 years of industrial planning experience behind it. Nissan uses it to plan 50 production lines; other customers include Faes Farma, Palacios, INTARCON and P4Q.
