"Simple and easy to use for simple drafting projects"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

I needed something on the fly the day a project was assigned, this was the google answer solution. It wasn't perfect but I was able to get my project done that day with some youtube help. A more complicated software probably would not have allowed me to accomplish that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

There were some issues with the snap to lines/walls for drawing floor plans, initially all perfect right angles but then it all started creating weird angles and I couldn't find a super clear answer of how to fix that simply and make sure the walls had right angles. "Easy-to-Use Templates That Keep Projects Moving"
4/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

The templates give me something to follow, which helps me move forward a little quicker. It’s also easy to use; I’m not very techy, but the program isn’t difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

I would like a few more options for templates, like a bubble diagram or others that are used to show comparatives for research or year over year comparisons. Ability to customize to our agency branding (colours) would also be a great addition - so ability to use HEX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Use of SmartDraw for a wholesale nursery/ agriculture."
4.5/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

Smart draw is Intuitive to use with drag and drop options and precise (editable) measurements on the bottom bar and scale options/ auto measurements make rapid and professional layout or proposed placement (in our case for greenhouses/ irrigation lines) very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

some features around layers can be unintuitive, making rapid design alterations more difficult then needed. Altering curved lines for specific non-standard angles (and making no standard polygons) found in agricultural plots can be very difficult Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Easy-to-Use Interface That Streamlines Team Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

The clean interface and overall ease of use make it very straightforward to get started without any formal training. The drag-and-drop toolset runs smoothly, and the native cloud storage options built in let us save schematic layouts directly into our shared folders without hassle. Overall, it takes a lot of friction out of our team’s day-to-day collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major downsides or frustrating bugs in our day-to-day use. If I had to point out something minor, it’s that the sheer number of specialized template categories can sometimes feel a little overwhelming to sift through when you’re simply trying to find a straightforward, standard layout. "Fast Onboarding and Templates That Make Complex Workflow Mapping Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

The template directory is extremely helpful because it quickly points me to the exact layout I need for a specific task. The initial onboarding takes less than five minutes, and I’m fully configured. I mainly use it to map out complex workflows, and the pre-labeled shape sets paired with the automated connector system remove almost all of the manual alignment hassle. What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

The drag-and-drop system can start to feel a bit repetitive when you’re mapping out really large structures. It would be a big workflow improvement if they added keyboard shortcuts, so you could quickly link adjacent nodes with the arrow keys instead of constantly clicking and dragging lines across the canvas. "Seamless Workflow Integration with Effortless Drag-and-Drop Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

The application is extremely easy to navigate, and I find myself using it three to four times each week. Integrating it into our workflow was seamless, and the drag-and-drop file management works beautifully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

There are times when retrieving a specific saved project template or locating an older asset version takes a bit more manual clicking than it should, which slows down the initial startup process when you're in a rush. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Event Planning with SmartDraw"
4/5
What do you like best about SmartDraw?

I like the ease of use of SmartDraw. I use SmartDraw 3-4 times a week. The ease of implementation and use draging new files over is extremely easy to do. I can find items quickly to put into a space, and the ability to cut, paste, and merge is very handy. Certain drawings and diagrams work very well, and being able to lock them down so others can't change them is a big plus. The ease of use really saves me time and makes it efficient to open up documents, change them, add things, and send them to others to use. Creating and altering spaces for event setups becomes quite straightforward. Overall, these features make SmartDraw very valuable to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

Sometimes saving the documents or finding them can be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
