Smart Pricing Table is literally the embodiment of what I wish our agency had the last 10 years. For a decade, we've been manually updating word version of proposals and tracking down the most up-to-date version whenever we wanted to send a new one out. We were pretty organized with this, but it never felt efficient. I'm sure that we lost several sales by being too slow to get out the proposal. We looked at several tools to automate this, but they didn't do what we needed. Then.... we found Smart Pricing Table. After about 5 minutes into the demo, I knew this was exactly what we were looking for. Now, all of our services are standardized and creating a proposal involves selecting from our menu of services and firing off a proposal that was far more professional than what we had sent in the past. On top of an awesome proposal generating tool, there are 2 bonus features too! First, I can now see if a prospective client is reviewing the proposal... awesome! Second, I can create an option for clients to upsell themselves by adding optional services that we include on the proposal in a "for consideration" manner. If you run an agency or consulting service and you're creating invoices manually, you should really just go and sign up for a Smart Pricing Table demo and never look back. This system has been great to set up templates for each service contract type that we offer.
