**What do you like best about Smappen?**

The application is simple and quick to use: The basic functions already provide a good overview of the tool's power (demographics, mapping, competitive intelligence). The tool also includes the overseas departments and territories (which is great). The tutorials are easy to understand. Finally, to finish, I can download a report. Personally, I use it occasionally.

**What do you dislike about Smappen?**

Frankly, I have nothing to criticize about this tool in terms of technicality. The only thing that takes my breath away is the cost of the application in its pro version. The price is high!

**What problems is Smappen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can quickly find my answers on the quality of the population and competition in the French-speaking area, including the DOM TOM (great for market studies)

Limited Features: Although Smappen offers customization, some users felt that it lacked certain advanced features available in other tools.

Site Selection: Businesses can use Smappen to evaluate potential locations for new stores, offices, or facilities based on factors like accessibility and demographics.
