I find Smappen really easy to use, which is great because when I need help, I can quickly reach out to their support. It aligns well with my objectives for tracking areas of protection and franchisees, and it's easy to update. I've also started using the AI features, which are interesting and help me get answers faster. Smappen helps me identify expansion opportunities using market demographics and predict potential revenue, which is super beneficial. I think Smappen could improve by offering more robust file outputs from its AI tools. Currently, it seems like the outputs are mostly text-based, and I'd like the ability to create something like an Excel sheet. It would be helpful to define and see metrics in a report letting me figure out things like proximity to franchisees and potential customer territory overlaps. Also, during the setup, some names in our list weren't uploaded correctly. It would be great to have a way to edit names in bulk or get a manipulatable file beforehand. Lastly, I wish Smappen could integrate with other tools, like our leads database in ClickUp, to reflect updates directly on the map and link specific items more seamlessly. We use Smappen to track coverage areas for our logistics partner network, and the best part of the tool are all the ways you can define an area, by counties, states, or even drawing a map. Then it's easy to export zip codes from each defined area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application is simple and quick to use: The basic functions already provide a good overview of the tool's power (demographics, mapping, competitive intelligence). The tool also includes the overseas departments and territories (which is great). The tutorials are easy to understand. Finally, to finish, I can download a report. Personally, I use it occasionally.
