What do you like best about Smappen?

The application is simple and quick to use: The basic functions already provide a good overview of the tool's power (demographics, mapping, competitive intelligence). The tool also includes the overseas departments and territories (which is great). The tutorials are easy to understand. Finally, to finish, I can download a report. Personally, I use it occasionally. What do you dislike about Smappen?

Frankly, I have nothing to criticize about this tool in terms of technicality. The only thing that takes my breath away is the cost of the application in its pro version. The price is high! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
