Smaly Reviews & Product Details

Smaly replaces paper loyalty cards with a card in your customers’ Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers scan a QR code and the card is added to their phone: no app to download, no account to create. Merchants scan the card from their own smartphone at checkout, with no extra hardware. Choose the mechanic that suits your shop: stamps, points or cashback (a share of purchases turned into a discount after a set number of visits). Update your card at any time and every phone is updated. Smaly also lets you send push notifications to the lock screen, including when customers are near your shop, run a rewards wheel to collect Google reviews and social follows, target messages to groups of customers, manage your team and several locations, and keep a light customer database with visit history and stats. Built for independent merchants: bakeries, cafés and restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salons, florists. Unlimited customers, no commission on your sales, no commitment, 1-month free trial.
