SmallEngineDesk Reviews & Product Details

SmallEngineDesk replaces paper tags and notebooks with one simple system built for small engine repair shops. Check in a mower, chainsaw, or generator in seconds using pick lists of equipment types and brands, then print a tag with your shop’s logo on it. Every job lands on a clear job board, so you always know what’s waiting, what’s in progress, and what’s ready to go. Keep customers in the loop without picking up the phone. Each customer chooses text, email, or a call at check-in, and SmallEngineDesk sends automatic updates at the steps that matter, including pickup reminders so equipment doesn’t sit on your floor. When it does, built-in storage fees kick in on your terms, with free days and per-day charges you set. Pull up a machine’s past repairs and maintenance in a quick pop-up without leaving the screen you’re on. Send customers an invoice they can view on their phone, and accept card or ACH payments if you choose. Customers can book drop-offs through your own booking page or a widget on your website, and technicians can leave notes that turn into reminders for future service, like a fall tune-up.
