What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we solve is simply knowing who is looking at what for how long. This was just a black box to us before SLYDECK.
Sounds like not necessarily a big deal, but it's amazing how much difference it makes in understanding our counterparts and engaging them at the right time, with the right people and information.
The ROI has been significant. For a small investment in this software, my engagements are now much "smarter" because of the visibility and analytics. I don't know the exact close rate increase yet for my team (we started using it in the last couple months), but it's been a noticeable difference. It'll be interesting to compare close rates pre-SLYDECK with close rates with SLYDECK after we've been using it for 6 months or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
