**What do you like best about Slydeck?**

Helped to make analytics a bit easier and made tracking way more digestible. Definitely recommend if you like tracking.

**What do you dislike about Slydeck?**

Can be too much information and an overload if you're not used to tracking and monitoring those aspects of the business.

**What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking. Making sure that my sales team was following up and completing there tasks at the right time.

Very simple tracking of your link and without it attachments are sent in the dark.

**What do you dislike about Slydeck?**

Maybe some additional settings for files.

Try the free version with full controls and upgrade if needed.

**What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding when a recipient opens my proposal within their email. The benefit is it allows me to plan a follow up call.

**What do you like best about Slydeck?**

SlyDeck is super straightforward and easy to use.  I love the ability to gate content and then see when prospects actually view proposals and content I share with them.

**What do you dislike about Slydeck?**

Very basic functionality, but exactly what I need.

**What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking views of proposals and other content that I would normally have no insight into whether people received the email and viewed the files.  This has allowed me to repsond to customers and prospects when they are viewing files, sometimes days or months after I sent them!

**What do you like best about Slydeck?**

I like that it's focused in one lane and doesn't try to be all things to all people.  Doesn't take a chunk out of the budget either. Super clean user interface. 
the fact that it's intuitive in providing the tracking and analytics i need was the number one selling point for me.

It's pretty cool seeing what and to who you've sent material consolidated in one place and then, with another click, to see a visual depiction of engagement. I'm busy, so the simplicity of use and  easily grasped feedback is great.

Last thing:  i notice they just got into the Google Chrome store, which is awesome in saving me more time.

**What do you dislike about Slydeck?**

While i love the functionality and focus on providing tracking and analytics, there's always times when i'm hoping for another piece of functionality or another way to analyze client engagement with my collateral.   I would like to have visibility on the road map.

Wondering if they plan to get on the App Store any time soon?

**What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we solve is simply knowing who is looking at what for how long. This was just a black box to us before SLYDECK.
Sounds like not necessarily a big deal, but it's amazing how much difference it makes in understanding our counterparts and engaging them at the right time, with the right people and information. 

The ROI has been significant.  For a small investment in this software, my engagements are now much "smarter" because of the visibility and analytics.  I don't know the exact close rate increase yet for my team (we started using it in the last couple months), but it's been a noticeable difference.  It'll be interesting to compare close rates pre-SLYDECK with close rates with SLYDECK after we've been using it for 6 months or so.

**What do you like best about Slydeck?**

Slydeck is really easy to use, our team was able to set up their accounts in a few minutes and immediately test it with some of the documents we send to clients.

**What do you dislike about Slydeck?**

The app is new so there are some features that are still being built! But the team is very responsive and open to feedback on adding new features.

**What problems is Slydeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track how many minutes/seconds our clients are looking at proposals and RFP's. It helps us act quickly and make a faster sales turn around
