I like that its questions feature encourages participation from audiences that are typically shy. We have been running our natural capital community of practice seminars for a few years on Zoom and even when a fair amount of people join in, there is never anyone brave to go on live and ask questions. Last time we used Slido and the questions kept coming in. It turns out, people just wanted someone else to ask the questions for them and Slido empowered them to ask freely. No downsides that I can think of. It did its job fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
