**What do you like best about Slick?**

I use Slick to manage my salon, including bookings and payments. I appreciate how it helps with no-shows and deposits, securing my income and allowing me to track which clients are showing up with the green tick feature. I love being able to view future revenue, which helps me plan for the month ahead, and the system also lets me manage my stock list and keep my business financially on track. My favorite report is the future revenue one; it keeps my mind at ease by showing if we're earning enough to cover overheads and when to send marketing texts if needed. Switching from Fresha was a breeze because a rep showed us all the business management features of Slick that save time. Setting up was incredibly easy since Slick handled everything, including transferring all client data.

**What do you dislike about Slick?**

I would say the speed at checking out via card could be improved also the rebooking and checking out feature at the bill is a little time consuming, making that a smoother experience would be good. The card machine has cleared the payment but the iPad still has a loading circle for a good minute after meaning we can’t rebook an appointment until that has cleared it may just be a new app issue.

**What problems is Slick solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Slick to manage salon bookings, prevent no-shows with deposits, view future revenue for planning, track stock, and maintain financial stability. The green tick feature ensures clients show up, and it helps my business stay on track.

**What do you like best about Slick?**

I really like how clean Slick is to use, especially since I'm not big on technology. The appointment system is the easiest to use I've experienced, which makes my life a lot easier. The system is not complicated, and you can add things to client profiles that other systems don't do, which keeps our clientele tight. I love the text blast feature for marketing; it makes pinpointing specific client groups simple and effective. I also think the initial setup was absolutely brilliant. I was worried about losing client data from past experiences, but Slick handled the transfer smoothly and efficiently. Clients praise how easy it is to use, and I love that everything is tied in together with our website for seamless booking. The fact that Slick's company is forever evolving is something I like, and I can't see myself moving from it.

I use Slick to monitor clients and it keeps the company tight, especially with stock control. It simplifies adding extras to client profiles and enhances marketing efforts by targeting specific client groups efficiently with features like text blasts.

Sometimes it takes us a while to get used to upgrades but it is good that they are constantly improving the system

Helping to cut down cancellations so that avoids empty spaces for us
