What do you like best about SleekFlow?

the thing i like about Sleek flow is that it brings conversations from different applications like whatsapp , insta, facebook , email etc. also we can switch between multiple apps in our business generally we need to send people about our new policies and new courses. so it made it easy by automating the things and easy integration of social media also helped a lot to us. What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

One area that i think should be improved is the workflow automation builder because it seems to be very complex while managing multiple conditions and branches due to which it takes time in setting up also i would say the interface is good but it can become some what more soothing and eeasy to use. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

The transition to SleekFlow has been a game-changer for our team’s productivity. What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

While the platform is incredibly robust, I’ve encountered some occasional bugs within the Flow Builder when setting up complex, multi-step automations. Sometimes the canvas can be a bit glitchy when dragging nodes, or a specific trigger doesn't save correctly on the first try, requiring a page refresh. It’s a minor inconvenience given how powerful the tool is, but a smoother, more 'bug-free' experience in the builder would make the setup process much faster." What do you like best about SleekFlow?

What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

You're right that WhatsApp Business and Meta verification are fiddly, though a fair bit of it is Meta's own process. The upside is that with a single account, it's a one-time step, so the hardest part's behind you now. If you ever add another number or bring more of the team on, verification documents can be submitted straight through SleekFlow so we help move the review along with Meta. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

SleekFlow’s AI and Intelligence features are miles ahead of other tools we’ve tried. The AI power-up for drafting replies has drastically reduced the mental load on our agents. What’s even more impressive is the UX/UI; it’s intuitive enough that our new hires can navigate the inbox with almost zero training. The integrations (specifically with our CRM and Shopify) are seamless, allowing us to see customer purchase history right next to the chat window. What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

The web platform is flawless, but the mobile app still has room to grow. While it’s great for basic replies on the go, it doesn’t yet offer the full power of the desktop Flow Builder or the deep AI settings. I have also occasionally experienced slight delays in push notifications on mobile compared to the desktop version. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

The most helpful part is the responsive, active customer service, and the fact that I can embed my Sleekflow chat widget directly into my website (Shopify). It has helped me increase my conversion rate when I’m offline. I trained the AI to answer customer inquiries about products and promotions, which makes it easier to support customers even when I’m not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

I keep running into issues with the AI training part. For example, when we can’t update the newest promotions, we end up having to key them in manually because it can’t capture them from the website. On top of that, it takes about a month of gradual training before it becomes mature enough to answer customer questions properly. The cost of Broadcast is pricey, and sometimes we don’t get the return on that cost. Also, the 24-hour window closes down the conversation with the customer, which means we can’t follow up as we’d like, and we end up needing to work on Saturday. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

I like how SleekFlow allows us to shift from multiple client numbers to one number, connecting our entire company on a single line. This feature makes us look more professional to our clients since they see only one number for our company. Additionally, it simplifies the process when clients have concerns, directing them to the specific branch they're looking for through the welcome flow that SleekFlow creates. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

The broadcast tools are easy to use and the analytics help me see which campaigns perform well. What I like most is the unified inbox that keeps everything organised so I never miss a message. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

What I appreciate most about SleekFlow is its ability to centralize all my messages in one convenient location.
