## SlapMail Reviews
  ### 1. Seamless Outlook-to-Notion Email Capture That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin H. | Consulting Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SlapMail?**

Slapmail gives me a no-thinking way to get my emails into specific Notion databases. I use Slapmail with Microsoft Outlook as my email provider. Although Notion can 'see' my emails, there isn’t an easy way to link particular messages to the projects I’m working on inside Notion. Slapmail handles that for me. It was easy to set up, and once it’s in place, it simply runs in the background without needing any further interaction. Since setting up SlapMail, it has performed perfectly for me. All the emails are exactly where I expect them to be and in a form that is easy for Notion to work with. What I also love about it is that when email threads get updated with new emails, SlapMail is able to see them and bring them into the conversation automatically. From a pricing perspective, SlapMail is cheap. For the functionality it offers, it really has been a no-brainer for me. Laura from SlapMail has been phenomenal in helping me explore the solution prior to using it and keeping me up to date with new features. Whenever I've had the occasional question along the way, she has responded really quickly and personally to my questions.

**What do you dislike about SlapMail?**

It’s hard for me to think of any real downsides to using Snapmail.

**What problems is SlapMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SlapMail brings my emails into my Notion database structure. It automatically identifies contacts in my database and links emails to them, and it keeps conversation threads organized as they continue to develop. Prior to using slap mail, I was reliant on workflow automation tools that I needed to build myself. These were clumsy and often failed. SlapMail fixed that for me.

  ### 2. The missing piece to bring emails into Notion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ulrich F. | CEO Memoways, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about SlapMail?**

I really appreciate the responsiveness of the founders of SlapMail, especially Laura, who is very attentive and efficient. Additionally, the simplicity of setting up the service is a real advantage thanks to the straightforward onboarding process and ready-to-use templates for Notion. I also appreciate the constant improvements to the product since its launch, with the development of new features. Using SlapMail allows me to automate part of the responses in the context of client projects, centralize feedback, and efficiently manage support tickets. The ability to route certain emails and retrieve the context of email exchanges in Notion also enhances my experience.

**What do you dislike about SlapMail?**

I would like SlapMail to have more built-in intelligence rather than relying on Gmail filters. It would also be good to have more adjustable settings, even if that might compromise the current simplicity and efficiency. Another point would be to be able to use other email services than the ones I currently use.

**What problems is SlapMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SlapMail helps me centralize customer feedback, manage support tickets efficiently, automate responses, and integrate all of this into Notion for simplified project tracking.
