Arcturus, SkyPlanner's in-house AI scheduling engine, calculates an optimized finite-capacity plan in seconds, taking into account machine and workforce capacity, material availability, setup times, and delivery dates. When something changes on the shop floor, Autopilot reschedules automatically, so the plan on the screen is always the real plan. Planners work on a visual Gantt timeline that scales to tens of thousands of active process steps, while operators log their work through a browser-based shop floor app on any device. SkyPlanner connects to virtually any ERP or MES through its REST API and webhooks, with both self-service and fully assisted integration paths.
