Skypher Reviews & Product Details

Skypher has become a core platform for handling Information Security questionnaires across our global organization. We have been using it for about three years, and it is now fully rolled out to our worldwide Solution Engineering teams. It acts as a centralized knowledge base for all our products, containing more than 500 templates that are regularly reviewed by subject matter experts.

In addition to these templates, the platform can analyze over 80 internal documents, reuse past ISQs up to six months old, and leverage standard questionnaires such as the CSA CAIQ and SIG. It can also reference industry frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2/3.

Beyond answering due-diligence questionnaires in traditional formats (Word, Excel), Skypher also provides a Chrome plugin that significantly simplifies completing online questionnaires.

The platform powers our public compliance page as well, where more than 110 control-based templates and multiple public documents are maintained and published efficiently. The trust page has been customized to our needs, including the integration of security-rating badges such as BitSight and SecurityScorecard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is always room for minor improvements in automation and reporting customization, but overall the platform is mature, stable, and continuously evolving. We particularly appreciate the close collaboration with the Skypher team, who consistently prioritize our feature requests. Uploading and mapping Excel and Word files is straightforward, and the process is highly accurate and automated. The available integrations, such as with Slack and Google Drive, are convenient. Overall, I have noticed a significant amount of time saved per questionnaire, which has positively impacted our review cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Ease of use. Does not take a ton of training or support to use the platform. Pretty intuitive that way.

The Slack integration is very powerful, but my favourite is the entire experience of filling out an entire questionnaire. What used to be countless messages back and forth is now organised in a knowledge base that is used to fill out questionnaires much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At my old company I had to wait 1-2 weeks to get a customer's security questionnaire completed and returned to prospects via an SE team. Now today with Skypher I can turn them around completed within 1 hour~ MASSIVE difference in deal acceleration and overall control/power. I am a big fan of the platform. Security questions are very similar between several customers. To have predefined answers ready-to-use is a considerable time savings.

When we were trialing Skypher we were also getting security questions from our clients via portals and not uploadable excel files. At the time there wasn't a great way to tap the wealth of knowledge in Skypher without having to manually copy every question into the platform and copy/paste answers.
