It has intuitive dashboards which helps you do this. It has provided me with automated alerts and real-time insights which has made my job a lot easier since earlier people used to do this stuff manually. It frees up a lot of my time which helps me focus on stuff that really matters. For anyone or any team looking to get better control and efficiency for its product portfolio, I feel Skyjed is the tool to go for. I thought it would be a hassle to get and master this tool, but its user friendly design has not only helped me but lot of new joinees in my team to learn and put this tool to good use. **What do you dislike about Skyjed?** One thing I found where skyjed is lacking that even though it is user friendly and easy to use, the sheer number of features and options to choose from might get overwhelming at first (it was for me). I would suggest streamlining the features a bit more according to usage so that the tools and feature we use often are readliy available rather than having to surf through them. **What problems is Skyjed solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me by constantly keeping an eye on product risks and compliance with regulatory changes, which means that you get alerted to any potential issues early on. This reduces the chances of non compliance. Product updates have been frequent, introducing new tools and reports to further centralise product management to a single source of truth. **What do you dislike about Skyjed?** I have been very pleased with Skyjed and the ongoing support and collaboration with the Skyjed team on product improvements. Perhaps the UX could be a little cleaner, but certainly anything I have discussed directly with the Skyjed team has been addressed. **What problems is Skyjed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skyjed is helping to centralise product management to one place and enables us to easily create a report on the lastest product health and market position. ### 3. In the past I'd have to view various tools, screens, logins, data sources, reports, etc to get a total sense of how we were tracking towards various efforts from product development to customer support to compliance. Skyjed simplified this for us. One interface, all the data. Can't beat that. **What do you dislike about Skyjed?** If I had to make a recommendation for improving Skyjed it would be around labeling and terminology. Obviously as a tool that tries to cater to a wide variety of industries and users they had to choose a set of terms that made as much sense generically as they could. For our business some of those terms didn't make sense which increased the learning curve a bit. Not a deal breaker of course but it would be nice to be able to customize some of the language. **What problems is Skyjed solving and how is that benefiting you?** A central source for monitoring and taking action on every aspect of our product development, maintenance and optimization. In the past this was handled by a variety of disconnected tools. This ensures issues (eg red flags) are identified in a timely manner, enabling prompt action. The SkyJed forum is well presented and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Skyjed?** The Health Check insights offer a powerful methodology to focus on key areas eg red flags, however at the moment clicking on an insight doesn't direct the user to a page dedicated to the selected insight. An enhancement, where the user can identify immediately the metrics that are driving an outcome would be powerful. By way of example, if I select product 'A' and then select insights to observe the health of the product, and if I see a red band (drivers where the product is underperforming), clicking on the red band directs me to a broad page, not just the drivers that have constributed to the red band. Ideally the initial click would provide data limited to the red band, but with the option to fan out to other bands remaining. **What problems is Skyjed solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can identify 'red flags' in a timely manner and take corrective action. We have uncovered issues that would not have been obvious and therefore received attention. I don't have to worry about compromising my personal computer and data/profile to access it since it can be cloud accessed. **What do you dislike about Skyjed?** So far it isn't too bad! Though I do feel like the layout seems quite simple and easy to organize, it doesn't necessarily stick out to me as super special in comparison to some competitors that already exist. **What problems is Skyjed solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the most part I have seen this used more on the back end at my work experience now and not so much in my department. But it is a great multitasking resource for tracking the start of our projects on the back end, all the way through its life cycle. ### 14. There is too much information in too little space.
