Skippr Reviews & Product Details

Skippr builds live AI agents that see the screen, talk and operate software, to run demos, onboarding, support and training. A Skippr agent joins the session the way your best customer success manager would. It sees what the user sees, explains out loud and, with permission, does the clicks for them. It narrates as it goes, so they learn by watching their own account get set up. It isn't a chatbot in the corner, or a product tour that breaks every time your UI changes. It's a live session that ends with the work done. Four agents share one memory, from first demo to renewal: Demo: gives a buyer a live demo the moment they ask for one, with no form and no calendar. It answers hard questions on the real product, qualifies the buyer and books a meeting with your AE when a human should take over. Onboarding: works through your activation milestones inside the customer's own account, across as many sessions and days as it takes, until they're live. Training: teaches admins and end users by doing the work in the product, instead of sending videos nobody watches. Support: sees the actual screen, so nobody is asked to describe what they're looking at. It fixes the issue or hands it on with full context. Because the agents share one memory, onboarding already knows what the buyer asked in the demo, and support knows what was set up in onboarding. Customers never repeat themselves. Every session leaves a transcript of what users asked and where they got stuck. That shows product, CS and marketing the friction they'd otherwise never hear about. When a person is needed, the agent hands over with full context, and session notes land in the tools your team already uses. Skippr speaks ten languages and can switch mid-conversation. It goes in as a lightweight embed rather than a rebuild, with user consent, visible indicators and scoped access built in. It's built for software companies whose customers sign up faster than a team can sit with them: product-led tools, companies with a long tail of SMB customers, and sales-led teams whose AEs and CSMs can't reach every account.
