Great tool overall, constant innovation - one of the first to implement the multi dialing. Their support is very reactive too, they developed new features within 24h upon request in our case. The tool is overall stable, efficient, and easy to use. We've integrated their solution through API to our ERP. Their pricing is competitive. They have some AI features as well, but we don't really use this part yet. The software itself is already quite intelligent / smart enough for us. I like using SKIPCALL for cold calling because the parallel dialing feature just works. It has increased my conversations per session from 2-5 to 10-20 without extending my work hours since it removed all the dead time between calls. I love that it has a 360° system where I can have a number, import my list, enrich them, and contact multiple people simultaneously.
