"A Smarter, Fairer Way to Manage High-Volume Recruitment"
What do you like best about SkillSociety?

The Skills Society AI Interview Agent is a fantastic tool—not only for saving time, but also for establishing consistent and fair recruitment standards. It helps ensure that all candidates are evaluated using the same criteria, which significantly reduces the potential for personal bias in the hiring process.

I used the product while hiring for a vacancy that attracted over 150 applicants. With limited resources, the AI Interview Agent proved incredibly valuable in managing high-volume recruitment. It allowed us to efficiently screen candidates and focus our time and energy on those who were best aligned with the role.

What I appreciated most was how the tool encouraged us to clearly define the most important evaluation parameters. That structured approach led to a strong shortlist of top candidates for in-person interviews with subject matter experts and People & Culture teams.

I also see a lot of potential for this tool in internship or early-career hiring programs, where applicant volumes are typically very high and the risk of unconscious bias can be greater. Overall, it’s a smart, thoughtful solution that adds real value to the recruitment process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SkillSociety?

Because this was a pilot, we didn’t integrate it with our ATS—though I know that’s something Skills Society is capable of doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SkillSociety?

Skill Society has been an exceptional partner in our professional growth journey. What we value most is their human-centred, practical, and outcome-driven approach. The sessions not only deliver high-quality content, but also spark strategic thinking, strengthen team alignment, and create immediate operational improvements.

As a company that designs international education experiences, we needed a partner who could understand the complexity of our model. Skill Society didn’t just understand it—they equipped us with actionable tools, expert facilitators, and a safe space to challenge ourselves and grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
