**What do you like best about SkillSociety?**

I love how SkillSociety enables smart forms to capture the necessary documents and information that traditional HR systems couldn't handle. The AI interview feature is great because it allows our applicants to complete voice interviews outside of regular business hours. The product as a whole is fantastic, offering smart, branded forms. I am really impressed by the responsiveness and enthusiasm of the developers; they listen to suggestions and concerns. It's awesome that the features I recommended were implemented in just a few weeks. The setup was fantastic, with developers guiding us through the process and customizing forms to our requirements. They were also open to making any changes we needed. I appreciate how SkillSociety partners with our Seek account to automatically invite applicants at any time, which helps reduce drop-off rates in the application process.

Nothing.

**What problems is SkillSociety solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SkillSociety allows us to capture needed documents with smart forms and use AI interviews after hours. It also integrates with our Seek account to invite applicants anytime, reducing dropout rates.

Skill Society has been an exceptional partner in our professional growth journey. What we value most is their human-centred, practical, and outcome-driven approach. The sessions not only deliver high-quality content, but also spark strategic thinking, strengthen team alignment, and create immediate operational improvements.

As a company that designs international education experiences, we needed a partner who could understand the complexity of our model. Skill Society didn’t just understand it—they equipped us with actionable tools, expert facilitators, and a safe space to challenge ourselves and grow.

**What do you dislike about SkillSociety?**

Honestly, there were no major downsides in our experience.

One of our biggest challenges as a growing business was recruiting the right people—not just in terms of skills, but culture and mindset. Skill Society helped us develop a clearer, values-driven foundation for our hiring process.
We’re now onboarding candidates who align deeply with our purpose and ways of working, which is saving us time, reducing turnover, and elevating the overall performance of the team.

**What do you like best about SkillSociety?**

The Skills Society AI Interview Agent is a fantastic tool—not only for saving time, but also for establishing consistent and fair recruitment standards. It helps ensure that all candidates are evaluated using the same criteria, which significantly reduces the potential for personal bias in the hiring process.

I used the product while hiring for a vacancy that attracted over 150 applicants. With limited resources, the AI Interview Agent proved incredibly valuable in managing high-volume recruitment. It allowed us to efficiently screen candidates and focus our time and energy on those who were best aligned with the role.

What I appreciated most was how the tool encouraged us to clearly define the most important evaluation parameters. That structured approach led to a strong shortlist of top candidates for in-person interviews with subject matter experts and People & Culture teams.

I also see a lot of potential for this tool in internship or early-career hiring programs, where applicant volumes are typically very high and the risk of unconscious bias can be greater. Overall, it’s a smart, thoughtful solution that adds real value to the recruitment process.

**What do you dislike about SkillSociety?**

Because this was a pilot, we didn’t integrate it with our ATS—though I know that’s something Skills Society is capable of doing.

**What problems is SkillSociety solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skills Society helps solve key recruitment challenges like managing high applicant volumes, reducing bias, and standardising evaluations. It saved us time and ensured fair, consistent candidate assessments, leading to stronger shortlists. Even without ATS integration during our pilot, the tool added real value—and I know integration is an option for future use.

Skill Society has been a game-changer for our recruitment process. With its tailored assessments and detailed candidate insights, we’ve drastically reduced the time spent on initial screening. Tasks that used to take hours now only take minutes, allowing us to focus on what really matters – finding the right talent.

Now I'm able to more efficiently send the screening link to candidates whose CV stand out instead of calling individuals and playing ping pong to contact each other.
People tend to screen unknown calls so it was a lengthy / tedious process to leave voicemails for everyone.
