Skedful Reviews & Product Details

Skedful is booking and business management software for studios and appointment-based businesses, including hair salons, barbers, beauty and nail professionals, tattoo artists, personal trainers, coaches, and photographers. It brings scheduling, client records, payments, and follow-up into one workspace. Businesses can manage their calendar, service availability, and public booking page, while keeping client profiles, notes, files, and visit information together. Optional modules support digital intake and consent forms, deposits and payment requests, retail inventory and in-person checkout, gift cards, and marketing campaigns. Depending on the subscription plan, Skedful also offers a smart waitlist to help fill cancelled appointments, group classes, credit packs, recurring memberships, staff attendance, and event-based automations. Review requests, referrals, and broadcasts help teams stay in touch with clients. Emma, Skedful's AI assistant, helps users review their schedule and business information, answer operational questions, and draft follow-up messages. Proposed changes require user approval. Skedful offers Starter, Pro, and Studio subscriptions for independent professionals and teams. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. The interface supports English and Hebrew, and businesses can configure the modules they need.
