SiteSafetyHQ Reviews & Product Details

SiteSafetyHQ is OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping software for small US construction crews and trade contractors (11 to 50 employees). When someone gets hurt, whoever saw it reports from a phone in about two minutes, photos included, even offline. SiteSafetyHQ walks the recordable-or-not decision with the exact 29 CFR 1904 rule cited at every step, adds recordable cases to the 300 Log, fills OSHA's own Forms 300, 301, and 300A, and produces a first report of injury for the workers' comp carrier from the same intake. The deadline autopilot watches the February 1 posting, the March 2 electronic filing (direct submission to OSHA's Injury Tracking Application or validated CSV), the April 30 takedown, and each case's 7-day Form 301 clock. TRIR and DART rates stay current with five years of records export-ready for general contractor prequalification. Records are encrypted at rest, privacy cases are masked per 1904.29, and the whole account exports in one click. Pricing is flat by company size, never per seat, with a 14-day free trial. SiteSafetyHQ is an independent product of Autoflow Solutions LLC.
