The ability to control documents, keep all teammates in one place, track comment history, as well as manage scheduling, punch, closeout, and archiving, is very useful. Its flexibility in allowing link copy/pasting from other software like Openspace enhances the project homepages. SiteRise stands out by combining the best aspects of tools like Procore, Asana, Drive, and Office, providing what you need to effectively plan development while maintaining a high level of user-friendliness. Its customization options are important, allowing it to meet the specific needs of different brands. **What do you dislike about SiteRise?** I used to have a small list of items I wanted improved, but the team at SiteRise has addressed them all. The updates are constant and they've done a great job and focusing on the right improvements. **What problems is SiteRise solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiteRise handles document control, gathers all teammates in one place, maintains comment history, manages scheduling, handles punch & closeout, and archives efficiently. ### 2. From searching for a new location to opening the doors, it can all be managed and organized through the software. It all makes connecting people involved with the project effortless, instead of needing to individually text or call, all communication can be done within the software itself. **What do you dislike about SiteRise?** It is difficult to track the progress of deliverables at the moment. Some take days and some take weeks, it can be hard to meet deadlines sometimes when deliverables are too broad. **What problems is SiteRise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing conversations I have with different members that are involved in a project. Wether it's through comments on files or RFI's, having trackable conversations makes it easy to go back and ensure you are operating correctly. ### 3. With customizable fields and document organizer, this is helped our team maintain exceptional record-keeping. The customizable order of operations with clean and easy to use UI our internal and external teams along with vendors and partners have easy to use features that allow for seamless communication and accountability. **What do you dislike about SiteRise?** There’s not much to dislike about this program. The people in team behind it are very much knowledgeable and access to them is seamless. With any technology product there’s always a few bugs, but the team acknowledges and jumps on a fix very quickly. **What problems is SiteRise solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program is allowing for multiple cross functional teams to have access to documents in order to communicate design changes, comment on change orders and RFI’s. ### 4. The customization to meet your exact environmental and specific development timeline is simply the best on the market (or only on the market). We use Siterise daily and its integral to our processes. **What do you dislike about SiteRise?** All areas I have disliked they have thoughtfully integrated into development expeditiously, and had a solution for. As they are developing quickly and are nimble, they can solve for pretty much anything. **What problems is SiteRise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization of information, timeline management, photo sharing, connecting teams working cross functionally and in different parts of the country. ### 5. The platform is simple and integrates with all our existing tools. Onboarding was a breeze, their team will literally hold your hand until you are up and running. My favorite feature is the location master and ability to see all my locations (active and planning) w/ their KPIs on 1 screen! **What do you dislike about SiteRise?** Keeping all your teams onboard and actually using the platform is a challenge but that is not SiteRise fault and not really any different from other software. **What problems is SiteRise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented SiteRise to move off our our archaic spreadsheet based systems and get all our development process in one place.
